Bastiaan Buesink was born on July 12th, 1989 in Willemstad, Curacao. 
After relocating to the Netherlands for a few years he spent most of his childhood travelling around the world and even living near Beijing, China for a few years. Now he is based in The Hague, Netherlands. 
Since a young age he has been influenced by all kinds of music styles from around the world which has resulted in his music styles to be diverse. 

At the age of twelve he started producing music, playing piano and drums and he started expressing himself through his music. In high school he became friends with Jesse Vrede and they started producing and releasing music together as “The Tailors”, which gave them international attention and Dj gigs around the world (France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland,  Brazil, Netherlands to name a few) 
As the Tailors they mostly produce Funky House and Minimal Tech. 

As Buesink, Bastiaan produces a wide arrange of music styles depending on his mood, variating between Funky House music with soul or Afro twist, Disco, Urban House and tunes inspired by his travels and the encountering of different cultures and music styles around the world. 

He loves to mix different styles into his Dj sets, showing diversity with a constant uplifting and happy vibe which will guarantee to make you move. He feels the crowd and always knows which tunes and hidden gems to play.
Next to his career as a Dj and music producer, Bastiaan makes digital artworks and paintings and works as a videographer specialized in drone videos with customized music.

Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes are a U.S based platform and are the most downloaded mixtape series in the world. My Name Is...*B* is the only Brit on this U.S mixtape that just happens to be hosted by a major British artist.
