With his recent and most «uk style» work «Swimming Tools» Moscow-based experienced beatmaker Kirill Chernev aka 21 Outside reflects on the theme of world-wide ocean, soft water and the pleasures of diving underneath the waves. 

Both space and volume of the tunes are created with by massive dub oscillations, the current velocities varies between chillstep and future garage, while the general mood is kept bright and warm. Depth resolution of tracks transforms the same way as the sea changes on famous photographs by Hiroshi Sugimoto, where the water and sky sometimes contrast and other times merge together. 

The sweep of tides system inside the tracks, established with Kirill’s intention, makes «Swimming Tools» equally useful as the unit both for the dancefloor and for the early morning walk, ideally on the beach.

So catch your soundtrack to the summer of 2019! Special version for dolphins and amphibians is on it's way!

Chustvo Ritma Rec (Sense of Rhythm) is a Russian record label where many talented artists create music in progressive, deep house, melodic techno and tech house styles.

CRR was found in 2014 by Samir Kuliev widely known in Russia as a Dj, musician and radio presenter. Since 2007 he started his own radio show on Megapolis 89.5 FM about electronic music “Chustvo Ritma”. The show in a few years gained popularity and became one of the best in Moscow and in the rest of the former USSR, being supported by more than 20 radio stations.

Label works with Donatello, Therr Maitz, Alexander Miguel, Dazu, David Kulikov, Drozd, Cheese & Cheese, Taleman and Samir Kuliev. Their releases have received support from huge figures of electronic music, such as John Digweed, Nick Muir, Solid Stone, Nick Warren, Antony Pappa and Mihai Popoviciu.

CRR arranges and performs music events «Rhythm Section» in different Moscow clubs, where are performing not only residents, but Dj’s well known across the world, such as Donatello, Jay Lumen and Khen. Also In 2016 Samir Kuliev in collaboration with his label runs «Sense of Rhythm» radio show on FRISKY Radio (New York).
