I started out on this 'Launchpad' journey not really knowing where it would take me.  280+ songs later I'm still not sure.  What I do know is it's been a learning curve, an education of sorts, on how to put together a song that hopefully sounds okay.  So here's a selection of the songs that I think (hope) have hit the mark.  Let me know your thoughts.

Here's my fifty sixth attempt at something someone might like.  Then I thought 'hey' ... this type of song reminds of one of the most 'silky smooth' deejays I have ever known but one of the nicest guys anyone will ever meet!  So Big Dave, this one's for you my brother!  I hope you enjoy!!

And here's my fifty seventh attempt at trying to impress whoever is listening.  From my own personal point of view this song sits right up the backside of Launchpad Session 54 ie, the one I've been told I should try and 'carrier pigeon' to the one and only 'DJ Sasha' ... but let me know your thoughts.  For the time being I am going to dedicate it to the best 'B' team version Deep Dish ever produced ... SHALLOW BOWL. Those in the know, know who we / they are!  Ha ha!!

Every time I 'go back in time' and have a listen to some of my earlier attempts at making songs, I'm always drawn to Launchpad Session 01.  I've been meaning to rework my first ever foray into the wonderful world of Launchpad for a while now.  That opportunity occurred over the weekend just gone. This person never asks for anything.  He drifted into my life unexpectedly.  Sometimes you wish people wouldn't do that but Harry?  By gosh!  He's a true blue lad.  A legend before his time.  I love him.  Everyone loves Harry!!  Mate, I hope this one near replicates the 'vibe' you give off to all.  Enjoy!

And here's something a little bit different (again).  I was on one last night and couldn't stop!  And I sincerely hope you're enjoying this 'journey' as much as I am.  Regardless of whether each song is good or bad, I'm putting them all out there because one day, it'll be nice to look (listen) back and hopefully see a (positive) progression.  Now there are a few people who might know this person but when I was putting this song together, I thought of him.  He's been an inspiration in my musical life for many years and his output still sounds as fresh today as it did way back in the 1990's!  So Harald Blüchel (aka Cosmic Baby), this ones for you!

This song was originally attempt number two at the BIG one, zero, zero.  This was my personal favourite but it seems everyone preferred attempt number three.  So based on your advice this song also made the cut but unfortunately for me, sits in second place.
