A sleeping giant emerges from the sofa hebrides this Easter as Crystal Clear drops his first solo release in over a decade.

Back when Playaz was at Fabric, when phone cameras were shit and before jump up got all serious, Crystal Clear and a core of artists on Hype & Pascal's Playaz / Ganja labels were pushing this sound with one thing in mind - THE DANCEFLOOR.

Fast forward to 2023 and its all come 'Full Circle' for Crystal Clear who returns to DnB after a decade away making House & Techno. Four up front beats with no holds barred, including a killa vocal from the mighty Codebreaker.

t’s with great pleasure that we can welcome the formidable talent that is Ed:it back to the CIA fold. His last release for the label came a fair few years back now, in which time this fine producer has been slowly but surely honing his craft. Always one with an ear for the subtleties within the music and an ability to produce a range of styles, while his output may have quietened down over the last year or two, his work-rate in the studio appears to have done quite the opposite. These latest four tracks that he has given CIA seem to have many of the elements and personality traits of his earlier work, but with a further refinement and quality to them. 
‘The Keep’ comprises of four cuts, ranging from deep late night rollers, jungle inspired dub work-outs and all the way round to beautifully melancholic musical pieces. This body of work truly contains something for everyone, and while it nods to several of the important heritage points within our music, it sounds contemporary and cutting edge - the perfect middle ground for a constantly growing and developing musician.

River returns to Deep Within Recordings with his latest EP, featuring a healthy variety of deep multigenre cuts spanning drum and bass and dubstep.

Conversely, Strung Out adopts a tone which is more moody than vicious. Haunting, filtered melodies sit alongside a warm, melodic bassline to define a tasteful piece of hybrid liquid and minimal drum and bass.
