Antrim returns to the label after two years with a sensational new EP.

Getting his big break back in 2013, by Nick Warren selecting his 'Blow Your Mind' track for his Renaissance CD mix set the scene for the ambitious Argentinian. A DJ since he was 14, music was always going to be his career. Now signed to everyone from Beat Boutique to UV by way of seminal labels such as Hope Recordings and Plattenbank, the Antrim sound permeates dance floors the world over.

Opening with 'Stax' we're quickly immersed in a soundscape of warm melodies and crunchy drums. Analogue-y and raw, the tracks glides along with ease. Synth sweeps ebb and flow like ocean waves breaking on the shore giving urgency when needed. Next up, 'Summer Morning' continues the warm, early floor vibe. Spiky synths brace against snappy percussive layers creating an organic drive and tension. Vocals midway lift the track into hands-in-the-air territory. Finally, 'The Ocean Sun' closes the EP in fine form. Raw, crunchy drums form the bedrock once more, quickly followed by deep and uplifting pads. Dreamlike throughout, the track develops into an early morning smile-inducer with nods of early Orbital.

Nintefourth release by the Malta-based label Lost & Found presents Tuba Twooz, a tandem with a secret identity. When music is the case, the masked duo Tuba Twooz is more dynamic than most superheroes. While the duo members have unique personalities, their reliance on one another makes them intertwined both in the studio and during their live shows. The duo has one of the most productive partnerships in underground dance music. They have been inseparable since 2017, delivering a homemade blend of Melodic House & Techno, Organic House, and Electronica.
From the opening patterns of Orange Sphere, it becomes evident that something noteworthy takes place in between the notes. The duo fuses ethnic elements and science-fiction sounds with a trance- inducing atmosphere. In Awake, the music moves toward eighties- inspired vocals and disco-based bass grooves. The musical story culminates with Don ́t Be Afraid of Crowded Room, making this 3-track material more than just another release. The 17-minute audio journey takes chances, breaks boundaries, and delivers impressive music-making!

VONDA7's story is one of realising your dreams through determination, tenacity and hard work. Growing up on a mish mash of sounds, finding French House and then Techno transformed this Polish artists life forever. 

Attending SAE Amsterdam began her journey towards a living her dream which now sees her transformed into a savvy buisnesswoman who juggles DJing, producing and label owning with consummate ease. Signed already to a wide array of imprints from Sasha's LNOE to Sian's Octopus Recordings, VONDA7's sound defies pigeonholing, making her all the more exciting. 

Opening with low-slung bubbly acid, and twickling arps, 'Perception' in orginal form is aimed squarely at the peak time floor. Crisp percussion keeps time while the sparkling synths start to weave their magic. The main break serves as a quieting before those arps go into overdrive in the secord half. 

First up of remix duties, Alex O'Rion adds his considerable studio skill to the mix with a deep, early morning vibe perfect for an Ibizan sunrise. Straight after, Graziano Raffa takes the original motifs and applies his Italian charm creating a smooth uptempo ride with the repeating arp wrapped around the beat while frequencies of Reese bass roar from the bottom.

Season's end signifies an explosion of sonic colour as a city steeped in artistic heritage once again plays host to the annual music phenomenon that is "Amsterdam Dance Event 2018".

A third incarnation sees Mango Alley celebrate the camaraderie engendered by a special event, curating a new collection of music that draws the underground dance fraternity together. Sparkling arpeggios and mellifluous motifs twinkle akin to street lights reflected on Amsterdam canals; powerful rasping basslines rumble with menace resembling thunder rolling through the city's clubs and bars. Multi-faceted rhythms and metronomic beats pulse through the lifeblood of a city with electronic music at its core.

Art is ubiquitous across the capital – from the Rijksmuseum to the Stedelijk, a collection of new and established artists join forces to create new works of sonic art that represent the very essence of skill, technique and brilliance. Captured for posterity in a compilation for the ages, Mango Alley is a true grand master.
