Mkash and Jerebet, as the name says, is a Gospel boy group made up of two young guys, Clinton, aka Mkash and Jerebet. They formed during the early 2017 at PCEA Kitengela youth church, where they minister. When Mkash joined the church, he found Jerebet in the praise and worship team and they sang together and realized how well they blended with each other! And bam! There was the beginning of the great friendship and musical duo. Both of them are actually students of Sauti Academy.
They have been doing covers of many gospel songs ever since. They participated in the Spa Fest, 2017 competitions, where they emerged second place. They also took part in the Talanta Awards competitions and won the Kajiado County levels. They have been performing in churches as well.
On July 2017, they released their first single, Milele, which was met with positive reactions. They are still working on various other projects that are yet to be released.
People describe Mkash and Jerebet as energetic, fun and uplifting. They are serving vocals and worship as the two of them bring their spice and sugar into their music.
