“curled in nacre” is a collection of tracks made between 2019 and 2023. the tracks span spectral experimentation, mournful hyperpop, and micro-sound balladry. in many ways, this is my most personal release yet. most of the tracks unfolded from a place of introspection and self-inquiry, thinking about how best to love others and myself. the ep is also a continuation of my focus (or fixation) on the human voice and vocal processing as a means of self-actualization.
