Oh! Phnom Penh

Composed by Musicians who survived the Khmer Rouge genocide (1975-79).
 Oh! Phnom Penh is a tear-filled ode of Love to their beloved capital city, the population of which was forcibly evacuated by the Khmer Rouge and the city of Phnom Penh lay empty for 3 years 8 months and 20 days.

Phnom Penh was never the same again and a large percentage of the original inhabitants were never to return, having perished under Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge.

Going Home is about going home to Heaven©

"She Moved through the Fair", is a Traditional Irish Ballad, the origins of which are unknown, although the first words were published in 1909.

The song is about a young man who sees his beloved at a fair and she tells him that her mother and father won't mind and that she will walk home by herself and he sees her go "with her goods and her gear, with one Star awake, as the swan in the evening glides over the lake." She meets with a tragic death and later her Soul comes in to touch the young grief-stricken man, telling him that their wedding day is soon, giving one to understand that they will be together in Heaven© .

Living Your Daily Life In Christ Mind Consciousness.
Awakening:
Upon awakening from sleep each day I feel a few moments dedicated day to God‘s presence will and Consciousness that direct me from within myself

Mid day renewal:
At the midpoint of my daily activities I dedicate The remainder of the day to God renewing energy and peace that exists within my
Soul/mind/body beingness

Evening gratitude:
at the conclusion of my days activity I dedicate all of that has happened to God’s presence, giving God credit for all good and releasing all that seems negative or unfavorable to Gods healing light presence within me


Sleep attunement:
Just before I sent that I am about to go to sleep each day I take a moment to declare that during sleep God’s presence is healing and renewing me while planting guidance thoughts just below the conscious level of my mind that I will become aware of during. My waking activities

Meditation:
I recognize that the time I spend in the state of meditation is the most important part of my day, for it maintains or reestablishes my connection to God’s presence at the innermost center of consciousness within me.

Visualization:
periodically as I am about my daily activities, I visualize or imagine that the entire interior of my body, at a spiritual level of consciousness, is filled with God’s presence as the light which I recognize as my ultimate, absolute Christ self/reality, one with God.

Intuitive guidance:
God’s presence within me as my ultimate Christ, self-guides and directs my thoughts and feelings as I go about my daily activities.

Christ self/God doer:
at the beginning m, and periodically as I go about my daily activities, I declare that it is God’s presence, will, love and power working through my Christ mind self and body
That is the actual doer of all that is being done and accomplished.

My daily life:
I recognize that my daily life is going about God‘s business (meaning releasing my personal will to God‘s will) as God working through my Christ mind self and body goes about taking care of my outer physical world business, releasing me from the anxiety and stress of doing through personal selfhood.

Your relationship to God is one of you most important relationships in your life. What is also very important is who you put that to work in your life. How you maintain that God Presence throughout your day.

This is the mystic path. The path of Direct inner contact with God. It is a path I have followed since I was fourteen. It has truly changed my life and brought me infinite blessings. 
What we are talking about is how you take that gift of direct Contact with GOD and put it to work in your daily life.
You must make it a  daily practice of Living with Christ Mind Consciousness. 
You will connect with God in the morning and night, before you go to sleep. You will Connect at lunch time. 
You learn to build a strong connection to your soul and the light and love that brings. Once this connection is established you can always be connectd to that state of Christ Consciouness.

The tools you learn in meditation can be put to work in your daily life. Your life better and more of a reflection of Christs teachings. 
We can learn to live with God’s love and be a Practical Mystics. It does take time and commitment. It does take GREAT love and dedication.
A few questions to reflect on.

1.Do you feel worthy of God’s love?
2.Are you open to receiving God’s Love?
3.Do you have any blocks to remove to live with Gods love?
4.Am I willing to commit time to be with God?
5.Do you believe you can become God’s beloved?
6.What can you give back to God?
7.Do you want to serve God?
8.What can you do to serve God?
9.How can you become a living reflection of God’s love?
The time you set aside to meditate is the most important time of your day. It sets the tone for all of the rest of your day. It’s the time when inspiration is born in you. It’s time when you feel that with God all things are possible. It’s the time you take to chose your purpose in life.

When you set an intention it will help direct you towards your goal. So take the time right now to make that intention to spend time each day Living with God’s love.

If you need to get up an hour early than commit to do that. Make it a sacred time and space where you can commune with God. This time is better than time spent sleeping, watching TV, going through email. This is you sacred space you make to commune with God!

So make a space in you home to have an alter, and light a candle. To stop the outside intrusions of the world, so you can talk to God, and have God talk back to you.

You’ll find there will times when you are lifted to heaven, and other times, wit will seem as if nothing much is happening. It’s all a part of the relationship you are building with God.

Put aside whatever time you can, with a goal of at least 20 minutes a day. There is an app called Insight Timer. I get up at 3 or 4 at the latest and set it to an hour and 8 minutes a day.

Make sure you have a journal with pen and paper handy to write done what comes to you after prayer and meditation.


There is so much power in experiencing Metaphysics and practical mysticism and putting it to work in our lives
This is where we can understand how to live with God as our Partner. With the First and ultimate cause being our purpose for living.

This involves how we invite God into our daily lives, how do we live with God and let God use us. It is turning our will over to God’s will.

How is God experiencing life through you, how is that pure energy of being expressed in what you say and do

Do you celebrate this love that’s living and breathing with a light that’s reaching inside every single perception that is teaching
a reflection of pure truth 

how do you experience life, how do you really perceive 
the beauty that is present in every living thing

Meditation

You can meditate and receive inner guidance in the clear connection you have with God. The mind becomes more sensitive and trained to be able to receive inner impressions to relate to outer consciousness the more you practice doing it. You will also be inspired by the messages you receive, and this will encourage you to continue the practice. 
To receive messages that guide you and to write down the messages 

Take some deep clearing breath. Be very conscious of your breathing. Listen to the sound of your breath. Breathe in deeply adn hold the breath for 4 counts
just for a brief moment stop and really see
the Miracle of life that's happening in every breath you breath
merge with that pure energy that you can direct and use 
to realize you have the power to love others as God loves you
Go to the inner place of soul consciousness;
Dwell in the center of the soul’s Light;
Still the Mind and Allow the Stillness to Bring you Peace
It is in the quiet that the Voice of the Soul can be heard
Let it speak to you and Listen and Receive the Energy it Bring
For the Language of the Soul is made of Light and Brings Messages 
to Guide you on. Let it speak to you
