the MCU is like going to a restaurant and getting a nice full course meal. The DC EU is like gettin a microwaved frozen pizza.

I felt this version was definitely more cohesive as a story than the theatrical version, and even taking out that it's 4 hours long; I still didn't think this was a 'good' movie. I wouldn't rate this more than a D+ at best

I think there were so many scene that weren't required as they don't really add to the story - it just gives Snyder a visual that he wanted in it.  Like the scene when Aquaman saves the sinking ship.  He appear on the bow as it's going down, then cut to him dropping the sailor in the bar, he takes a bottle and leaves, then cut to a slo-mo of him walking down the pier to be swallowed by the waves.  What does that add?  It's not like we don't know Aquaman saves people, and he's all about the ocean.  That scene wasn't needed.  Plus you take out all the unnecesary slo-mo too, and you've shaved probably over an hour off the run time.

I wouldn't say holding her own, she easily gets thrown about when she tries to lasso him and when she headbuts it just makes him angrier.  With regards to the speed thing, Flash already said that he doesn't like going too fast because things start to get messed up so he's probably only going as fast as he needs to at any point he would still be quicker than Superman if need be

Totally agree, I didn't like the visuals of the speedforce either - I felt it made Flash look like he was a cyborg too

I did some quick research, In the comics it took Superman 2 months to fly from the edge of the observable universe to Earth (approx over 5 Trillion x speed of light). However Flash has reached a speed that would be the equivalent for almost instantaneous teleportation over the same journey.

I thought that showed his memories, so they could see how the Atlantians got there, and work back

There's even a scene (isn't there) where on of the demons is outside Cyborgs window, while he's holding it - they couldn't be more than 2 feet from each other, but they somehow can't conifm it's there?

I wasn't sure about this scene, for me again it doesn't add anything to this particular story it's more something that should be in a Flash standalone one.

In the show i remember them saying the the speedforce creates a sort of bubble around him, which is why he doesn't instantly snap people's necks when he's carrying them at speed, so surely that also relates to clothing.  We don't know anything about the cans and cannots in the Movie universe though - I think the shoes explode because he twists on the spot and so causing friction with the floor, the rest of the clothes don't have anything other than his body to react to.
