The French artist compiles an eclectic compilation of stirring tracks, each with it's own identity & unique vibe. The 'Marble' EP contains four tracks attentively created & arranged to depict the story of Phazz's inspired production, motivated by a love of piano from an early age. 
The Lyon based producer is driven by creating contemporary music, with plenty more on the horizon including a 2nd EP & a collaboration with the L.A based singer Bridge.

In answer to the questions I keep getting asked.
 ccai pt2 , part 1 is Drukqs, as that was the first thing I released that utilised computer controlled instruments, namely a modified Yamaha disklavier, 2nd gen and a couple of midi controlled solenoid based drum mechanisms I made just after I got the Disklavier.

I kept seeing them [disklaviers] in hotels, usually used to pipe muzak around the place and thought why doesn't anyone actually use one of these to compose music on and make beats etc! 
A couple of times when i saw them in hotel lobbies, i sneaked up to the disklavier and set it to play ultra low pitch and very slow, funny watching peoples reactions, it was down every corridor etc
NOBODY i spoke to back in around 1999 inc. people at yamaha knew how to connect one of these to a computer and I had to take my computer into Yamaha to try it out to see how fast these things could go, no info on the net then either.
The first year I burned out countless solenoids in the thing and learnt how to repair them myself, the more recent gen ones like I used at the barbican have temperature cut outs on them thankfully, i’ve still fried a few though!

Belfast producer Montel has made a welcome habit out of producing the goods for some of the scene’s most vibrant and essential labels, the likes of which includes ALiVE, Roush and Let’s Play House. His latest productions see him return to the fold at another similarly inclined label, Underground Audio, for an EP that speaks volumes of the man’s knack for conjuring up tracks of undoubted quality. 

Entitled the Make It Hot EP, it also features remixes from some of the contemporary tech-house scene’s most renowned names. We’ll get on to them in a minute, but for now it’s maybe best to focus on the originals, both of which are stunningly produced tracks. The title track, ‘Make it Hot’, is a case in point. Fiercely catchy and buoyed by a stunning baseline, it grabs your attention from the outset and never lets it go thanks to its repetitive vocal and groove-centric vibes. The other original is ‘U Can Do It’, which again showcases Montel’s ability for conjuring up raw grooves. Moodier and grittier than the previous tracks, it too will proverbially blow up any dancefloor.

The first of the remixes comes from UA staple Dale Howard, who remixes ‘Make It Hot’ with the sort of assured manner that’s made him a household name and a firm favourite of many over the past while. It’s brilliant stuff, but it’s far from Howard who’s the only star turn here, as Waifs & Strays then close the EP with a remix of ‘U Can DO It’ that makes use of a taut b-line and some brilliantly muffled vocals. In all, this is more fine work from the UA crew.

After leaving Montpellier two years ago to settle in the cold city of Berlin so as to really experience German club life in all its nuances, Kjofol uses French voices and instruments, tele-transporting them onto an international, evocative, classical and, at the same time, very modern-day scene.
And if you happen to be wondering what it is really all about, I’m afraid you will never really understand it completely.

Amsterdam dwelling editor par excellence Em Vee took the solo reigns on the inaugural Lumberjacks In Hell - and truly excelled with a great reimagination of "Miss You". The second release on the label sees the German share duties with Spanish edit demon Rayko, with the Rare Wiri boss hogging the A Side. First up is an expert rearrangement of Candi Staton's cover of the Bee Gee's standard "Nights On Broadway" which strips the track of its orchestral leanings to focus on the groove! Following this is a meaty take on a classic, with Barbara Keith's cover of "All Along The Watchtower" reinforced with some bottom end bump. Em Vee spreads a special disco version of Alma Lee's late 70s Philly delight "Gimme Your Love" with an extended intro that fully displays his edit talents.

Berlin's Cinthie has grown to become one of the most revered and respected figures in contemporary electronic music in recent years both in her hometown and across the globe. Her touring schedule regularly sees her playing her inimitable DJ style in hotspot cities like Paris, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Stockholm, Seoul, Osaka, and of course her beloved hometown Berlin .

Djing in said city since the early nineties as a teenager Cinthie's depth of knowledge radiantly shines through in her sets and her productions, which traverse through a broad range of classic and contemporary House and Techno sounds. Recent times have seen Cinthie look inwards towards her aspirations for the future, and as a result, dedicated a huge portion of her time to building her own studio, featuring a wide spectrum of some of the most noteworthy vintage drum machines and synthesizers in existence.

Initially Cinthie made her mark with Diego Krause, Ed Herbst and stevn.aint.leavn as the Beste Modus / Beste Freunde collective, amongst running Unison Wax and We_R House on top of the main labels. Most recently she launched her 803 Crystalgrooves imprint to critical acclaim, a platform which has become a huge focus for her own productions for the foreseeable future as well as the imprint's sub-label Collective Cuts, which as the name suggests, welcomes music from affiliates and friends of the artist. On top of this there’s a burgeoning relationship with Will Saul's Aus imprint where her debut album comes in 2020. Cinthie’s unfaltering drive and dedication to all things House continues into another decade...
