The Jeremias Langsämmer Ensemble – Love Dying... Sound Of Crying

A meditation on impermanence and sorrow, Love Dying... Sound Of Crying is a hauntingly intimate contemporary chamber piece, weaving together the delicate resonance of harp, the melancholic depth of cello, and the fragile introspection of piano. Recorded in an intentionally lo-fi aesthetic, the piece embraces the raw beauty of imperfection—each creak of the instrument, each breath between notes, a ghostly echo of loss and longing.

With its minimalist structure and deeply atmospheric textures, the composition unfolds like a quiet lament, evoking distant memories and unspoken farewells. The harp’s cascading arpeggios shimmer like fading light, the cello’s aching vibrato lingers in the air, while the piano’s muted tones pulse softly, as if whispering through the cracks of time.

We are Cirkle TwentyTwo, an Indie-Rock Band from Hamburg, Germany. 

Founded in late 2022 as a small band project we soon noticed that we wanted our music to be heard by more than just the thick walls of our practise room. Our first single "Last Call for a Burning Star" released in August 2024 and our second single "Worst Enemy" in December 2024. 

The inspirations for the songs surge from the daily life struggles and psychological wonders of Songwriter Lars Kanyarukiga. Working in "real life" as a teacher and therapist with struggeling students in the tuff neighboorhood of Hamburg -Wilhelmsburg, he learned a lot about the dark sides of human kind. The mix of this experiences with his own lifestories produce the unique sound of Cirkle TwentyTwo. 

But why the name Cirkle TwentyTwo you might ask. The name is based on a weather phenomenon called Parhelion, where it seems as if three suns appear in the sky at the same time. These suns are twenty-two degrees apart from each other and they stand for the three band members, Lars Kanyarukiga (singing, guitar, songwriting), Niels Thode (bass) and Peer F. Stolle (drums).
