The Crystal Portal 🤍  Meditação Sound Journey

This journey was created to help harness the power of the Equinox portal to amplify our intentions and make positive changes in our lifes. It has 2 Parts:

1. SUN 
Tuned to the frequency of the Sun - 126.2Hz the singing bowls and crystal bowls help us to tune into and connect with the Sun and open up to receive the upgrades and high frequencies that she radiates originating from our central Sun.

2. EARTH
The second part serves the intention of integrating and grounding those higher dimensional frequencies into the earth so that they can form a new geometric grid that is in alignment with the new earth template.

For the maximum effect it's recommended to listen on headphones while being comfortable (lying or sitting) and make sure to drink plenty of water so your body can integrate and adjust to those frequencies with more ease and grace.

This sound journey is part of a series of collaborative recordings that we did with our brother Ceibo @user-114450654 during our time in Nosara, Costa Rica in Jan. 2021.

"The Perfect 5th" contains crystal bowls that are tuned to the interval of the perfect fith (tone C and G) which allows our bodies to attune to it's natural state of perfection and balance. To enhance the harmonization and relaxation effect we infused this sound journey with field recordings of nature, solfeggio frequencies, a drone playing in 528 Hz (which is a frequency that directly communicates with our DNA and cellular structure) and the instruments are tuned to the natural harmonic tuning of 432Hz.

May this journey help you relax, calm down your nervous system, release fear and anxiety as well as support you  to reconnect with the earth and your innate wisdom to receive personal inner guidance in those times of great shifts and transformation.

Cittaflow has been performing live shows around the Puget Sound since 2009 with the purpose of providing sound healing through rhythm and acoustics.  Drawing from a dynamic community of musicians for each show to create a new unique sound for every performance.. Cittaflow performs at festivals, private events, local businesses, and any venue seeking live music with an emphasis on spiritual intention.

Cittaflow's music is always improvisational by nature while weaving electronic production in the mix. The original style focused on electronic production as its root, but has since shifted to a more organic sound, incorporating traditional instruments from around the world and the personal experiences of the musicians who play them. The result is an evolving sound capable of adapting to the spirit of the event.

The intention is to create from the source, from the true spirit of each musician and instrument. By truly stepping aside and letting the spirit talk, the listener can journey, heal and experience the true power of vibrations..
