It's important to note that anxiety is not a sin, but rather an indicator of a deeper issue that can lead to sinful places if left undealt. Even Jesus Himself experienced anxiety in the garden of Gethsemane. 

Philippians 4:6-7 teaches us that the key to experiencing God's peace is through prayer and praise. By putting our faith in God above our circumstances and choosing to pray and praise Him, He can transform our panic into peace.
