"Techno enthusiast since 2007. The real interest to stand behind the decks came in 2015. So much good music is out there from talented producers and nobody is playing them. Every DJ has their own style, but they never played what I liked and that's why I decided to start my own career. My sound has a lot of variety between Techno, Tech House, Minimal and Melodic Techno. Originally based in Berlin. The City itself, which is well known as one of the capitals of electronic music, had a big influence on me and formed my taste in music today. I Build up my sets, to give the audience a journey through sounds and emotions."

Boss Axis zählen zu den Durchstarten der Parquet Recordings Familie. Schon ihre ersten Tracks, bei denen sie ihre jeweiligen Erfahrungen aus ihrer vorherigen Solisten-Zeit einfließen lassen konnten, hatten das Potential, um bei einschlägigen Labels der Szene anzuklopfen.

Nach diversen digitalen Angeboten ergab sich die Möglichkeit einer Vinylveröffentlichung bei ihrer heutigen Homebase Parquet Recordings.

Inzwischen folgten viele weitere EPs auf diversen Labels. Ihr neustes Werk „Monday Monday“ erschien vor kurzem auf Der Turnbeutel.

Für Jeden Tag ein Set haben sie nun einen einstündigen Podcast zusammengestellt. Eine Mischung aus Techno und melodischen, deepen House Sounds, welche einen sofort den grauen Alltag um einen herum vergessen lassen. Viel Spaß mit Boss Axis!

In einem brillanten taktischen Manöver rückten wir rückwärts vor (frei Übersetzt aus Ceasars Bellum Gallicum). Sich zurückzuziehen und anderen das Feld überlassen, war noch nie die große Stärke von Politikern. Über jede noch kleine Sache lohnt es sich zu streiten, vor allem wenn es um Landfläche geht. Da werden die Augen der Mächtigen groß und fangen an zu funkeln, wie bei kleinen Kindern die nach dem backen noch die Schüssel aus schlecken dürfen. Nachdem der große Basar Namens Erde nach der Zeit des Kolonialismus, als es Afrika und Amerika noch als Sonderangebot in der Grabbelkiste gab, geschlossen hat, muss man aber als Präsident oder Minister schon kreativ werden.
Die großen Kuchenstücke sind schon weg, also muss man schauen welche Krümel vielleicht unter den Tisch gefallen sind. Da werden die kleinsten und lebensfeindlichsten Inseln plötzlich doch attraktiv und kulturell wertvoll und Dank Google Earth kann jeder bequem vom Schreibtisch aus nachschauen welche Krümel sich auf dem Teppich Erde noch befinden. Na und Zack schon hat man wieder einen Grund sich mit den blöden (hier bitte ein beliebiges Vorurteil und ein dazugehöriges Land einfügen) ordentlich zu zanken.
Der Preis für die einfallsreichsten Diplomaten geht dabei an Dänemark und Kanada. Die sich seit geraumer Zeit, um eine 1,25 Quadratkilometer große Insel Namens „Hans“ streiten. Diese ist nichts weiter als ein großer Steinklotz ohne Vegetation in der Nähe von Grönland. Bisher haben beide Parteien einen offenen Konflikt gescheut. Sie haben bisher lediglich ihre Besitzansprüche angemeldet, indem sie ihre jeweilige Flagge gehisst haben. Da das aber nicht reicht, haben sie wie ein guter Hund noch eine Flüssigkeit am Fahnenmast hinterlassen. Die Dänen einen Flasche Brandy und die Kanadier eine Flasche Whiskey. Eine Art persönliche Note für Gäste. Keine der beiden Seiten will nachgeben und Frieden scheint auf der Insel so schnell nicht einzukehren.
Doch es gibt zum Glück auch Menschen die darum bemüht sind diesen Streit beizulegen. So gab es den Vorschlag von einen unabhängigen kanadischen Geologenteam die Hälfte der Insel Dänemark zuzusprechen und die Andere Hälfte Kanada. Somit gäbe es eine direkte Grenze zwischen Europa und Kanada. Auch der Frieden kann also kreativ sein. In diesem Sinne gebt den Frieden eine Chance!

In 1995 simple tracker software got the interest of the two friends Daniel and Ricardo. Thus, they decided to produce a few tracks.
Both shared a common passion for all sorts of different musical styles, which made their early productions very diverse.
Through the many influences of artists from New Order and Depeche Mode to Massive Attack, The Prodigy, Moby and the various techno disciples of this multi-faceted time, the two of them produced everything they enjoy, be it trip hop, electronica, breaks or techno.

However, in 1999 the two of them went separate ways for reasons of diverging careers.
They quickly lost touch to each other until the contact ceased completely. Yet, the two of them still wished to produce music.
This is why both of them kept working with synthesizers, music software and studio technology creating their own tracks.

In 2003, it was coincidence that brought them back together.
The two friends met again at a small local electro party and soon realised that they still shared the same interest for electronic music as they had four years earlier.
After a few sessions in their domestic living room studios they decided to make more of their hobby and, thus, started renting their first studio in 2005.
Microtrauma was born.

In 2007, Microtrauma had its first release “Wake up“ on the Elected Tunes label. Their first own release “Collar EP” soon was to follow.
Microtrauma has developed its own style from almost ten years of working and tinkering as well as its many influences: melodic, dark, technoid and minimal.
