Jesse Markin is a Liberian-born singer-songwriter from Finland. After releasing his debut album ‘FOLK‘ in May 2019 Markin skyrocketed to the limelight in his home country Finland. Markin was awarded with Newcomer of the Year and Critics choice awards in the annual Emma Gaala (Finnish Grammys), he was also awarded with one of the biggest Nordic music prices, Teosto-palkinto. Following the successful release of his debut album Markin returns with a new single ‘Stars in Your Eyes‘. Out on September 25th 2020 via VILD Recordings and Pop-Up Records. Stars In Your Eyes‘ is the first take from Markin's second album, due to be released in spring 2021.
