I grew up studying classical guitar yet embracing its capabilities in multiple genres including, latin american, jazz, classical, and contemporary music. Largely due to the classical guitars immense tonal versatility, I always perceived it as a mini orchestra in my hands. This led to me composing as it allows me to access a variety of textural, tonal, harmonic and rhythmic exploration. 

My love for music was driven by how it can be used to tell a story, particularly on stage and film and how it emulates complex emotion so effectively. 

Samuel Kreusler is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Music degree at Victoria College of the Arts majoring in Interactive Composition which considers music’s collaboration and similarities with other mediums.
