- Preditah has become a household name within the UK music scene and beyond for his cutting edge music productions, scoping from Garage through to House and the list continues on. He started out producing for local talent in his hometown Birmingham, UK and built his sound through self-taught production skills in his bedroom as a young teenager. Advancing through life, he decided to head to college to learn in depth music theory to add to his natural music talent. Whilst at University he had the big break he was hoping for when (Boy Better Know CEO) JME picked up on one of his Grime instrumentals titled (The Big Wok). He would often say to this day that it was that moment that started the hype to his career. He went on putting out a few EP’s with Logan Sama’s (Earth616) label and cemented his sound within the Grime scene. Producing countless amounts of tracks for the likes of Roll Deep, Boy Better Know plus many others, he was reaping all of the benefits from the groundwork he did within his hometown Birmingham. His career took another advance when he started DJ-ing across the country. He not only was getting insane crowd responses from his live mixing and blending but also had major co-signs from the likes of DJ EZ, David Rodigan & more! Whilst that was happening on the front end he was still in the studio putting out Official remixes for the likes of Disclosure, Gorgon City and Chase & Status just to name a few. He was bringing a fresh new take on said remixes that we’re predominately Garage and House which gave him respect from legends in the scene like Wookie. In 2017 life took a major turn when he collaborated with Jorja Smith on the Garage classic ‘On My Mind’ which gave him another advance in his career. He went on to sign a deal with Atlantic Records in 2018 and continued working on records with artists and song-writers that we’re on their roster. In 2019 he produced alongside Fred Again a top 10 charting record for Mist & Fredo titled So High’ and gained even more credibility within the UK music scene. 2021 he decided to go down the independent route and launched his own label ‘Dats Right Radio’ due to the shift of normality after Lockdown and has started putting out music he really wants to release without any limitation from A&R’s and managers. Now in his 30’s he recently stated that he will be pushing his musical vision further whilst still putting out music he loved on a regular bases.
