Ronald Reagan is back with the third EP release for On Point Worldwide Records and this time he's bringing a selection of jams with sights locked on dancefloor dominance. Along with his PIC Richard Nixon, they're set to unify this century’s world of dance music, just as they did with the political climate during the last one. 
 
The man from Del Monte says ”Phwaooor fuckin belter that like, just about took the roof off this place.” Hand selected organic party brass and strings deliver the good times straight to your door, and none of that ripen at home guff. It’s ready to dance straight out the tin with a hint of that tropical UK funky sound.

It had been a week of relentless flowers, cards and romantic gestures; most of which had been hastily disposed of. She no longer wanted to be reminded of the events that had led them to this point, yet these olive branches kept coming. But they were having the adverse effect - the higher the quantity, the more annoyed she became. The damage had been done and no matter the efforts now, it was not enough.

She may have come to notoriety through Floorplan, her DJ and production partnership with her father Robert hood, but Lyric has now firmly cemented herself as a talented producer in her own right. Released via Hood's own imprint M-Plant, her first solo work came in 2019 with the double-header ‘Nineteen / 11:11’, followed by another two tracker last year, ‘Everything / Social Distance’. Now she's returning for her hat-trick on the label: two cuts, 'Not Enough' and 'Praise You', which marry her personal tastes in techno and house with echoes of her production work as Floorplan.

Over many years as People Get Real, Wilson has established himself as one of house and disco's most assured and accomplished DJ and production duos. He has played at various major clubs and festivals globally, has served up a wealth of club-ready weapons on his co-founded Join Our Club label, and now branches out with something just as vital under the new alias, GUN. The opening salvo also features remixes from REES & Sahar, Fall Forward & Grainger and Kiaki. The latter one streaming with us today.

What’s My Derivative?’, is the new label from London/Brighton-based duo Casino Times. Much like the radio show of the same name, WMD? aims to release music that explores the unusual spaces between house & techno, showcasing emerging producers and former guests of the show. Artists are invited to interpret the sound of the label as they see fit, giving them the freedom to explore different styles without the constraints of any rules. Profits from WMD?001 will be directed towards the Trussell Trust, an incredible charity that helps those most in need in the UK [www.trusselltrust.org].

WMD?001 kicks off with 'How I Came To Find Myself' from mul.apin. The Berlin resident sets the tone for the release by opening with a dramatic, hair-raising string sample. The track is brushed with gentle synth stabs and a distant melody that dances gracefully across this heavy hitter.

Up next is High Hopes, the mysterious producer that has not made an appearance, since featuring on Casino Times’ 2014 release on Wolf Music Recordings. High Hopes is a master of programming and the hypnotic 'Mind Art' demonstrates just that; a captivating blend of swirling pads and rhythmic elements that weave the listener through a dream-like soundscape.

London-based Baby Rollen delivers a real moment on the release with 'Tyst Eufori', a peak summertime boogie that skilfully deploys a washed-out vocal - perfect for dancefloors under the sun.

Finally, Casino Times closes the release with the psychedelic 'Bloom', a track that’s been a feature in Casino sets for a few years now, with big drums that were made with bass bins in mind.

Clandestino have been involved in Leeds' underground music scene for over 20 years; regularly throwing diverse parties and inviting exciting DJ talent. Their esoteric style of dance music has gained them gigs at some of Europe’s premier club spots such as Renate in Berlin, Stalingrad in Paris, Geneva’s La Graviere and Powerhouse in Moscow in addition to being regular fixtures on the discerning festival circuit. Their monthly show on KMAH Radio is deemed essential and their podcast series is revered world wide for showcasing regular mixes from high caliber and lesser known DJ's.
