Timmy Knowles is an Australian performance artist, musician and actor.

The Melbourne-born singer-songwriter and guitar player has lived one extremely unique life, which he does not shy away from with his brutally honest, heart-on-sleeve and emotionally charged lyric writing. His Australian-twang, breathy vocal cuts through the finger-picked guitar as both hold hands and glide across the grooves and waves that lay the foundation for what seems to be on open diary straight from the heartbreak section.
When playing live, his shows are usually performed solo, making use of loop and effects pedals, using his voice and guitar to layer percussive, melodic and rhythmic sections.
Timmy’s newest material (due 2020) is all self produced, composed and engineered. The songs that are currently in the works will take him back to his rock and blues roots, with a distinctly more electric, overdriven guitar flavour, and an edgier, more distorted vocal sound than previously heard from the artist.
