Clap Rules is the new pseudonym of Fabrizio Mammarella, Andrea Gabriele, Max Leggieri and Michelangelo Del Conte: who in their own words “make experiments with dance music”.

After well received EP’s for labels like Tiny Sticks & Dissident and remixes for DFA artist Michoacan, 
New York’s In Flagranti and French electronic music pioneer Etienne De Crecy, they have caught the attention of DJ’s and music lovers from many different scenes.

With a deep love for vintage equipment and recording techniques they mix this up with a fresh modern approach to concoct electronic music with no boundaries.

In 2014, singer René Love, originally from the San Francisco bay area who also releases Voodoo Tunes with Producer Thomas Bullock (Rub N Tug) under the name Tom Of England and Bobbie Marie on STD Records Uk and California based Psyche Rock Group Silent Pictures, joined the band.

BEAT DISCOUNT

A distinctive mark, beyond the stylistic connotation, in the balance, between funk and disco-influenced heritage ranging from melodic sophistication to 'exotica. Sources of inspiration for his musical creations are primarily the beloved Daft Punk, great visionaries of the French stage, characterized by a spontaneity and a surprising maturity, adolescent expression, but also a mix of house, disco, meaning pop.
Beat in the production of the Discount is much stronger 'aspect of composition (the' use of keyboards to use almost classical) which is mixed with cosmogonic and spatial sounds that echo in some ways echoes the music and surreal. But the movies and reading his pieces have permeated of that "French touch" and, more generally, European, typical of his pieces. Beat Discount manages to make his shows always very interesting, filling the dance floor for fans of the genre or not, he also enjoys to design parties and events using original ideas, with its emphasis on fun and quality music, the common denominator of djs Quality like him. Even in his name we find this unique combination of quality and accessibility of music to all those who have the curiosity to listen, to be led just by BEAT, in jazz shows the basic rhythmic pulse (the beat), featuring the musical meter , but the music can have a symbolic function of a Discount, and give free to all emotions at the end of leitmotif throughout his work as a DJ and musician.
