Best described as eclectic, my style is a soothing mix mirroring my personality: mostly mellow with the occasional outburst. Although I have a background in classical piano I have always loved to create and improvise.  Since early childhood I have been trying to duplicate on the piano what I hear in my head.  Now I see how formal studies and improvisation fit together perfectly. I hope to always keep growing and learning, reflecting the beauty of Christ in all my endeavors. Wow, hadn't realised what a journey SoundCloud would take me on.  After many years of passive listening to music I've dieted on a variety of tastes. My appetite for new sounds is undiminished and SC provides plenty of food. I am not a musician and have only recently started to listen positively to the sounds. My early years began listening to music from ABC, The Beatles, The Carpenters Dire Straits Eagles Fleetwood Mac Genesis Elton John Led Zeppelin Gilbert O'Sullivan Rod Stewart Supertramp Tangerine Dream Vangelis The Who and many more.
If you can't spot a trend in my current likes it may be because it is diverse. I love listening to all my playlists which contain tracks that I like and if you like any of the music you must thank the artists not me.

Welcome to my SoundCloud page.  It is a joy to share with you my original songs and the music that I love.   

I invite you to check out my weekly broadcast on Radio Station VOWR in St. John’s, Newfoundland.  You will find me on the air every Monday at 6:30 pm (EST).  On my program, you will hear modern songs and old standards from a host of musical genres including Light Rock, Contemporary, Folk, Soul and Country.  

Also, my wife Rayna hosts a wonderful radio program every Monday at 3:30 pm (EST) on VOWR.  Her program is an eclectic mix of modern sounds, classic songs and deep cuts.  If you are a music lover, I highly recommend you check it out.
