King James Lee follows up "Body Bumpin'", his GU release from earlier in the year, with another turbo-charged tech adventure. "You Hear Me Girl?" uses the same sample Junior Vasquez did in his 90s anthem "Get Your Hands Off My Man". The iconic vocal refrain comes from Opal (Funk Band)'s 80s boogie cut "Ain't No Way", a track recently re-issued on volume IV of Horse Meat Disco's excellent compilation series. King James Lee is in a similar position to that Vasquez was in the 90s, a resident DJ at one of the biggest LGBTQ+ parties in a major metropolis. The world has changed a lot, but dancefloors still need the same high-octane system-shaking goodness, and King James Lee nailed that in this release. Cooking congas, sizzling hats and a meaty kick drum form the main course, while KJL uses all his big-room experience to tweak the groove to the most satisfying of drops. WHAT. A. BELTER.

CERES is Melissa Dos Santos, a 22-year-old vocalist, songwriter, producer and DJ from Brazil. She began self-releasing in 2020 and, since then, has recorded with some of the biggest names in the EDM world. Her collaboration with Alok ("Let's Get Fkd Up") has done over 200M global streams. In addition, she is managed by the same young Italian management team that looks after TWENTY SIX and Tayson Kryss. Through this connection, she started collaborating with Kevin McKay. They have written two songs together, one in CERES usual style and one deeper, housier affair. "Sugarcane" is the high-octane thriller that CERES fans will love, tapping into Kevin's love of Drax Nelson, Airwolf Paradise and Ewan McVicar. 90s chord stabs and a bouncy Italo bassline lead the way while CERES' hooky-as-hell vocals top the lot. It's a full-speed pumper.

Se DJ fait ses débuts en 1984 à Drummondville au bar le chariot a connu les années disco,les années 90 il à jouer dans plusieurs bars heteros et côtoyer plusieurs artistes au nouveau Champlain dans ses années et sa carrière a pris une tournure en 1994 où il est aller jouer dans les plus gros bars gays et heteros en même temps et dans le village gays il a passer 11 ans de sa carrière dont 8 ans au bar la track,le parking night club et le stud et pendant 9 ans et demi il peut se venter d’avoir été l’un des plus populaire DJs dans le village,il à fait les journées After After à l’urgence de Laval pendant 2 ans et spinner au MP3 avec Michel Simard et DJ Uppercut en 2004 il prenait sa retraite définitive dans les bars pour se ressourcé et maintenant en 2021 il décide de revenir dans le monde des clubs lui qui n’a jamais cessé de spinner mais à la maison mais après 3 ans que sont monde réclamait un retour il a enfin décidé de revenir et donner le meilleur de lui même et se surpasser pour réaliser sont rêve d’enfance d’être un DJs réputé mondialement ( musique Tech house commercial des années 60 à aujourd’hui)
