𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐄 : Aiôn Lazura - Stellar Collision [Secuencias Temporales]

In collaboration with Oslated's sub-label Huinali Recordings, we are happy to present a new track from the upcoming Aconites EP from The Vision Reels. The release consists of two original compositions supplemented by various artists' remixes and made in parallel with the Collective Vision EP. As for the premiering Aconites (Owl Submergence), it's a creation that pays tribute to the beauty of nature using a range of field recordings. We let ourselves be bound to its pure, aetheric ambiance, putting our psyche on a calming, slow drone cloud only to get lost in a misty forest surrounded by chirping birds. Our path in this dreamscape is guided by a percussion gradience, and layer over layer we experience an unexpected yet welcoming stay in a magical, primordial place. Delicate and deeply atmospheric, the track is a spell of clarity that invites us to come closer to our organic being.

Monument premieres the "Owl" remix of the track "Aconites" from the release, which will be out on the 10th of October.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and based in Barcelona, Pablo Garber has developed a deep passion and connection for sound and its uses in music from an early age, initially influenced by the music he listened to through contact with his older siblings, later by playing different acoustic instruments until finally falling into the realm of sound shifting, sound synthesis and its development into soundscape design.

In a constant search for deeper sounds, he finds himself now to develop his own sonic landscapes under the name of Garber, a project where he intends to capture and try to discover unknown frequencies, always with a strong inclination towards deep and hypnotic textures, highly mental broken rhythms, organic atmospheres and psychedelia.

These are two tracks which I composed for the german documentary ‚Fungi Monster / Beziehungsweisen‘, which focuses on the intergenerational trauma in the vietnamese diaspora through the story of a fascinating vietnamese-german woman. My productions touch the melancholic side of the emotional spectrum but also mirror a little piece of hope inside.

A few details about the documentary - Synopsis:
Fungi photographs, writes poetry and trains in the MMA professional league. Her free- dom contrasts with the life of her mother, who works in her own shop in Saxony-Anhalt in the east of Germany. Despite their differences, they invite each other into the other‘s world. What is Fungi looking for when she keeps coming back to the same places although they are painful? The film tells of Fungi‘s searching eyes for tender beauty and the question of what belonging and family are.

Crossing that door or inhabiting that place, we make ourselves comfortable, keep silence and listen to a record. This is With Eyes Closed by ABSIS, an invitation to recollection and silence with the sole objective of surrendering ourselves to the pleasure of music and electronic synthesis.

In this release, Absis displays a somewhat obsessive and compulsive mastery of machines. Pure and hard synthesis in search of the perfect sound or at least the sound that the artist is imagining. There are seven tracks that at the beginning call us to contemplation and introspection and that evolves into a collective call to share a dance floor; in short, it is a complete, circular and fantastic album, in the strictest and most literal sense of the word.

In With Eyes Closed each sound occupies its right and proper place, respecting each of its frequencies, its brilliance and intentions. The Wandering Compilation is named after the Wandering tree, a Big Leaf Maple that grows very slowly near the beach by my house. I sit under this tree to ponder and watch the ocean. It’s a favourite place to chill with music and contemplate life. It’s under this tree that the idea of compiling a series of music that embodies the Silent Season vision and sound was born. We welcome you to sit back, close you’re eyes and listen to the sounds of the Wandering II compilation.

In a world rife with chaos there is so much beauty that can be found by being in nature. Earthen Sea is New York based musician Jacob Long. Since 2006, Long has released music on a variety of formats on a number of labels including Lovers Rock, Imminent Frequencies, and Other People. The music has been noted for its swirling low end, pulsing melodies and propulsive barely-there rhythms and his work has also been described as  having a knack for texture that creates a disorienting, lost-in-your head sensation that allows it to work as both trippy ambience or immersive dance music.

The inspiration behind the album was mainly Gilbert Williams's art, his transparently violet nature full of divine light and calmness. Apart from this, some source of inspiration also was Theosophical teachings and teachings of its masters. 

The album illustrates a traveler, with long brown hair and beard, which with the touch of light becomes golden. His light grey eyes reflect the endless universe within. Wearing a golden tunic he travels between etheric worlds with his body of light, visiting different parts of the etheric plane. The Traveler meditates in the most beautiful gardens and forests of the plane, reaching its summits and connecting with gods and deities.
