"Born and raised in Perugia (IT), Aka Hyoo (Gabriele) moved to Amsterdam in 2018 after his graduation at the Design University of San Marino, and an internship in Videomapping in Florence, bringing with him a rich background in design, visual art and projection mappings.
He runs @decadanceamsterdam together with Aritmia Sonora - an event, label, and mix series based in Amsterdam.
His passion for meticulously crafted sounds, mix intricately popular and underground music into storytelling landscapes from both international and Italian artists. Inspired by trip hop, dub, downtempo, and idm, he combines deep basslines and sharp glitches to cinematic sounds, while industrial and electrical feelings found their way throughout techno rhythms, creating vivid and otherworldly sonic experiences. It is a fusion of obscure atmospheres, intricate drum patterns, uplifting melodies and nostalgia."

But also, a musing on transcendence. So lay down and close your eyes because on this one, our querida joya @eezzmmeerraallddaa wonders what we all wonder every now and then: good old 'What happens when we die?' We sort of know the drill: the cling, the not wanting to go, the inevitable... the heartbreaking nostalgia of parting ways with this world... and also, the chance to end the pain. Then comes the grief: bye bye sweetness, chao joy, adiós tenderness... then -¡ayayay! the terror, the slow fade-out, the nothingness. At last that sparkle in the dark edge of the hiss shows us the way to the ultimate surrender, to then become a garden in the void, and finally return to mamá amor as big beautiful rainbows.

This is Ruido y Flor, the first offering of Ambie—Tón: our brave new venture into the heart of the haze.

It is sometimes possible to feel spiritual entities through the sound spectrum.

There is no singer in the room, but a transmitter playing voices of many beings from different ages.
During this absence, heavily fuzzed guitars, dusty pads and flickering basslines enter into a quietly sharp communication.
Overhead, symphonies of enchantment and distant flutes mingle with the soft murmur of the wind.

We remember the boy who jumped over the flames
We reminisce the disguises and rituals
We recall the copper horn singing with the drums

Tiar (TEE-R, TR-9009...) viene a Relativa con un set plenamente improvisado en el que disfrutamos de una sensibilidad en las mezclas de estilos +150bpm que nos dejó alucinados. Que manera de hilar tracks, mezclar géneros, alternar mezclas largas y cortas, backspins... Todo esto en una hora de creatividad y técnica at its finest, una locura!

Además destaca por su faceta como diseñador 3D creando visuales inmersivas para Asphalt Records entre otros y como productor, su proyecto más reciente en este sentido es la primera referencia en este sello; Ambient Occlusion EP.

Subid el volumen y preparad la banger-face porque viene duro este programa.
