Juno's review : Romanian electro agent Andrew Red Hand has been spotted delivering the heat to respected outposts like M>O>S, Detroit Underground and Chiwax, and now he's setting off with Rotterdam Electronix for a night drive through future cityscapes. It's electro through and through, driven by snappy 808 beats and analogue monosynths, but there's something particularly charming about the minimal wave quality to Red Hand's sound. That contrasts with The Exaltics, who delivers a gutsy re-version of 'In The Cemetery' which will keep you up at night for all the right reasons.

A third of Italian production act Agents Of Time, Sharp Felon loops out of the trio's orbit to land his debut solo EP on Maceo Plex's Lone Romantic, 'Let The Game Begin' - featuring three stunt-driving cosmonautical bangers that aim to abolish all sense of gravity in the club and beyond. Breaking in at fierce speed, 'Devil Trail' attacks pedal to the metal and leaves prismatic wisps of vapor in its wake. A proper electro-magnetic dasher, the track alternates steady shooting sequences of 303-marinated bass with eloquent kosmische-indebted synth maneuvers and laser-precise breaks, all joining forces to have your feet shuffling and mind drifting up into higher spheres of consciousness in one potent backhanded caress.

A more straightforward affair, B-side opener 'Telework Titan' lifts its listener off to a further compelling state of meditative balance through a nonetheless muscular groove and epic-sized sub-bass moves. Cruising in the upper layers of the stratosphere, Sharp Felon's stamps on the accelerator of his shark-mouthed spaceship and hedgehops across craggy alien reliefs with personal hands-on skills. Intergalactic transmissions announce an imminent extra-terrestrial invasion, it's time to tune out and enter the melee. Laser guns blazing and acid stabs smoking, 'Cyber Fex' nose-dives in an enemy-occupied territory and washes over the ground brawl like a hi-tech tsunami. Purebred Donald-ian face-melter in sheer Dopplereffekt meets Arpanet fashion, this one lacks no oomph.

This @DarkScienceElectro premiere we look to a Belgian artist for a release on French label @Ukonx Recordings. 

No stranger to all things Dark Science Electro, @Datawave has been recently making waves in the Electro world with his dark brand of Electro. Since I noticed the work of this 36-year-old producer I knew that I was hearing the work of a future master. Through DSE, I have promoted him in every way imaginable in hopes that listeners/labels would follow suit. Thankfully his sound is infectious enough that it didn't take much visibility for him to gain the attention of various Electro labels and DJs. He has since become a household name of enthusiasts of the genre.

This premiere comes off a new release from a great label out of France called @Ukonx that has been putting out fresh Electro since 2011. The song selected to premiere is the opening track of the release entitled 'Subspace Halo'. The track takes us to an ominous place with pulsing bass, delayed arpeggios, moderately-paced beats, and melancholy strings. This release will become available for purchase on June 9th.

Then ИДА boss Kolomensky delivers downtempo masterpiece full of magic, which will teleport you to some exotic island, with a feeling of an upcoming storm. The Frankfurt slow vibe ambassador Tassilo, as always, delivers a dubby psychedelic track, full of subtle details. This tune is your express ticket directly to Neverland. Samo Records boss Facets invites you on an intriguing and mysterious adventure through synths and a deep bassline. Our dear friend and member of many great projects - Anton Berezin - will take you to a post-punk era with some not-so-cheesy synths. Up next is a dancefloor killer from Guatemala by Fabio Me Llaman Soltero - a mixture of arabic sounds and african drums with creepy vocals will definitely heat you up. Then an angry bassline prepared by Neud Photo during his Croatian vacations kicks so hard that it literally throws you into the medieval ages, close to the Adriatic sea and forces you to move. The massive banger by Auren advises you not to take candy from a stranger, to avoid unpleasant trips on dancefloors. A thumping, yet important message! With a track by Anastasia Zems we are moving into the jungle. The great levitating vocals and mystifying sounds invite you to discover your wild side as you move through the track as though jumping from one liana to the next. With their nostalgic, somewhat progressive house melody Anatolian Weapons guide you to the top of the Greek mountains. Try not to melt. Guitar riffs interweave with the sounds of bells to give this next classic disco track by Volta Cab a more metal sound. The rock influenced track by Wolfstream keeps your blood pressure up so you stay alive till the end of this adventure. The young talent from Kaunas – Pijus - associates himself mostly with lo-fi sounds. He jumps into our ship with a housy track, full of acid chords. Marco Lazovic knows best how to channel a melancholic mood with the help of music. Stop for a while and enjoy this moment of introspection. Broken Daiquiri by Adventure Society is a psychedelic cut which challenges you to push through and explore your dark side. Tadan, a Lithuanian based in London, dedicated his track to a skate park located in Ukraine. You can imagine yourself cruising cheekily through gavanpark while listening to it. The slowly rolling track by Shrimp Prince serves up a delicious sonic dinner from the bottom of the deep blue sea. The inscrutable and constant kick with the deep synths of Jelisejev Shedding Skin will surely plunge you into the foggy Fenland, the home of these misty sounds. Try not to get lost! Then, tribal elements and chaotic experimental sounds by Yuto Takei will grab you and zap you all the way into a Japanese rainforest. And for the last destination, all aboard the ship of our Italian friend - A-Tweed, his quirky track, boosted by Vittorio Gassman’s voice will show you the way through ancient Rome and to the finish line of this global adventure.
