WESTSIDEGUNN has been making headlines lately being featured on Skyzoos new single "LUXURY" produced by illmind for Skys MFMF release but this time he teams up with his Brother/GXFR labelmate Conway on a much darker track "They Killed Pookie" produced by V Don who's been making headlines lately as well producing Dave East new single " By Any Means " and producing Bodega Bamz full LP " Sidewalk Exec "  its also assisted by Steve Reason on the live sax giving it that gritty feel and sound that we've been a custom to from WSG. It reminds u of the scene in Boys n the hood when ricky was about to get shot but instead this is the soundtrack to Pookies funeral

Viennese don Peter Kruder’s gradual metamorphosis from king of downtempo to purveyor of classy house and techno was perhaps one of the more unexpected shifts amongst electronic luminaries of last few decades, but it has not been in vain. 

His work as half of Kruder & Dorfmeister soundtracked a million crack-ons, afterhours, comedowns, smoke-outs and lounge sessions and remains some of the most timeless material of the recent era.

Under his own name, he has built a long-running relationship with DJ Hell and his International Deejay Gigolo imprint, releasing several EPs of thought-provoking 4/4 as well as releases on Stefan Goldmann’s Macro and Compost Black Label. His mix for Monologues is a journey through some of his finest remixes, showing his respectful and subtle skill in reworking everything from Daft Punk-produced electronic soul to bossa nova and jazz. It’s an honour to have him contribute to the series.
