It's been 8 years since I started my radio show Connecting Souls. And Friday September 6 was the 100th broadcast of Connecting Souls on Proton Radio. What a beautiful journey it has brought me and you. I have endured highs and lows, but my love and passion for music kept me going. I can proudly say that Connecting Souls is the show with the most number 1 rankings in the Proton Radio Top 100. Without your great support, I would never have succeeded. Thank you so much! Of course, thanks to all my guests in all those years for your beautiful guest mixes! You really helped me grow. I met the lovely Leah Marie a couple of years ago on ADE in Amsterdam. This year I was talking with her and we spoke about her first release 'Circadian' that came out in April 2024 on Late Night Music, and her goals in life. Leah Marie (Late Night Music) is a DJ/producer from Melbourne Australia currently based in Berlin. Leah first jumped behind the decks in 2019 and has since become a key player in Australia's progressive & melodic house scene. She plays regularly at Melbourne's most iconic venues; festivals/events in Australia, Germany and beyond. Her passions lie with the deeper sides of underground house & techno, which connect with the mind, body and soul.

Ignacio Torne is a DJ and producer from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with over a decade in electronic music. His passion began early, waking up to bolero records and later playing bass in a teenage garage band. A friend’s trance-heavy DJ sets introduced him to electronic music, eventually leading him to Progressive House.

Influenced by Cattaneo, Digweed, Warren, and Sasha, he’s developed a signature sound that continues to evolve. In that time he has played in top Buenos Aires venues like Crobar, Jet, Niceto, and The Bow, and his releases on labels like Motion Recordings, AH Digital, and Massive Harmony reflect his steady rise in the progressive scene.

On this Balance Selections mix, the Argentinean artist delivers a smooth, warm set rich with melodic flourishes. Featuring tracks by Kamilo Sanclemente, Mike Isai, Dmitry Molosh, and more, it is a deep progressive set that keeps on delivering.

Madloch's 3rd Avenue proudly presents Live Life, the latest EP from Argentinian talent Leandro Murua, featuring the original and remixes from three exciting international artists.

Hailing from Córdoba, Argentina, Leandro Murua first appeared on the label's influential We Are The Future compilation in 2020. Since then, he has become one of 3rd Avenue's most consistent artists, with numerous releases across both the main imprint and its Future Avenue sublabel. His growing reputation has also led to appearances on respected platforms like Nick Warren's The Soundgarden, Juicebox Music, and YOMO Records.

Inspired by the first mixing programs on the Dutch radio, Clement van Dijk started mixing in the early 80’s. Being the music obsessive that he is, it didn’t take him very long to find a local club (Display) to showcase his skills. After doing so for a couple of years the promoters of Arnhems hottest dance club; Luxor, offered him a monthly residency on the Stargate party's. This gave Clay the opportunity to play alongside almost every well-known deejay in Holland, and in countries like, Hungary, Mexico, Germany, England, Greece and others... 

This quietly-spoken DJ from Amsterdam has always understood what made people dance, but never compromised his vision of what good music should be like. By continuously following his favorite waxmasters, like John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaneo, he developed his love for progressive house music. And now as a big fan of producers like, Guy J, Alex O'Rion, Marcelo Vasami, Matias Chilano, Matter, GMJ and many more....

His style reaches from proggy house with some of the most beautiful strings and vocals you are likely to hear unto deep and dark progressive. He combines deep house, progressive and melodic techno into a hypnotic and intense DJ set. His specialty is creating an atmosphere wherein the audience will be taken to a different musical level. He will take you on a rare, extraordinary and psychedelic musical trip in to the deep space of the progressive underground.

Every first Friday of the month Clay has his radio show Connecting Souls on Proton Radio. Let this joyful Deejay connect your souls on the dance floor with his magical mix of progressive house, deep house and melodic techno music. Now in these days you can find him as a resident in the best underground club in Amsterdam, The Recycle Lounge Gallery Club, and in the famous hotspot Club NL. Here he is the organizer of the party's 'Connecting Souls' and 'HUG' that stands for Holland Under Ground. So if you’re in the mood for a party, let Clay take you on his musical journey...
