ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.

Using a complex pattern of binaural beat and isochronic tone frequencies dedicated to help you achieve good sleep and have lucid dreams, this 8-hour music track is divided into four unique sections. In the first 2 hours we've used frequencies that range from 3-13Hz (Alpha-Theta range) to help calm your mind and feel deeply relaxed. There is a pleasurable feeling of floating and it will give effects such as stress reduction, relaxed awareness, release of serotonin, and an induction to sleep spindles as your mind and body allows itself into sleep. It also contains triggers for creativity and imagery and access to subconscious images as you doze off.

The second and third sections contain more of the Theta waves, which are also present in dreaming, sleep, deep meditation and creative inspiration. As you have already fallen asleep, the binaural beats tap into your subconsciousness as your mind prepares itself into a lucid dream state. The music is more steady so as not to interrupt your sleep.

The fourth and last section returns itself to the Alpha range with a mix of Theta and Delta. This is where deep sleep occurs and more often than not, the dream state. There is a decreased awareness of the physical world. This section also contains the Earth Resonance or Schumann Resonance, which will leave you feeling revitalized upon waking up.

In order to achieve Lucid Dreaming, please research on different tips found on the web. Lucid Dreaming doesn't happen all at once, so patience is an important factor.

This sound healing session is deeply in tune with mother earth and her heart beat and uses its magical healing frequencies, enabling you to fall into a deep sleep. It can help people with insomnia and help's towards a better/deeper night’s sleep. Enhancing dream states, it deeply connects you to pure source light, enabling you to regenerate your spiritual system and allows you to feel refreshed upon awakening. The meditational qualities support deep relaxation and healing while using specific frequencies to aid sleep. The Theta state is capable of deep healing and relaxation during sleep. It can allow you to have a very deep relaxed sleep and help you to fall as sleep, as well as maintain a regular sleep pattern. Theta waves generated at specific Theta rhythm’s (a neural oscillatory pattern in electroencephalography (EEG) signals) increase your ability to keep on the track of a typical brainwave pattern that we all go through during normal sleep.

This sound healing session is composed using the brainwave sleep pattern, along with the elements of air, fire, water, eather and earth and uses isochronic tones: base frequency of 211.44Hz - associated with the unconscious mind, dream state, imagination and is also the frequency associated with the orbit of Neptune (which effects us by enhancing dream experience and the sense of security felt whilst asleep).
