When it comes to telling a good story Los Suruba come up with the most intriguing combinations of imagination and sound. The twentieth release of their imprint NAZCA Records is here and it is full of novelties. 

As we know this label is the reflection of the cooperation between the advanced world of the Viracochas, beings from other planets and the archaic world of the Nazcas, deeply attached to art and nature. From this idea comes ‘Viracochas Volume II’ the second of a series where, with every release, two artists can display their talent and style. 

This entirely new concept is inspired by contrast and diversity at its finest.  
The first to introduce us to the fantastic world of the Viracochas are the producers Thimble and the duo Way of Thinking. Both of them step in hard with two tracks that will not leave you indifferent. 

The future in music is now, and The Viracochas know it, become part of this fantastic musical journey on its release date, next November 30th.

We are delighted to announce the debut EP from rising Italian duo Earthlife on Timeless Moment.

The title single “lost in New York’,  with vocals from the melodic house & techno vocalist queen Eleonora, is a true journey that literally puts you in a ‘trance state’. Close your eyes and let yourself get lost with Eleonora’s silk vocal theme while you get totally immersed with the strongly emotive arpeggio harmonies from Earthlife. 

On Remix duties for ‘Lost in New York’ we have label boss Morttagua putting his trademark bass line on his remake, adding peak time dance floor powerhouse to this timeless gem.  

‘Universo’ is the second track of the EP, with heavy support from none other than Tale of Us.  Powerful kick bass drums, dirty analog synths and amazing percussion work makes Universo a perfect pick for a nights climax. 

Finishing this amazing EP we have the deep and melodic ‘Heart’. Full of emotion and beautiful melodies, Heart is a perfect track to listen and chill on a sunrise or sunset. The hypnotic atmospheres and soft groove makes this tune perfect for more chilled sets or to give that finishing set vibes when used on the end of a longer set.  Simply amazing!

Although it’s been a year to forget for most of the electronic music scene, we’re happy to say that Nōpi has come through the tumultuous times stronger than ever. He began the year making his debut with us on the inaugural Blanche project, seizing the spotlight with an XYZ instant classic - Mayaya. Since then, he’s graced the likes of TRYBESof, Anjunadeep, and Kindisch, establishing himself at the core of the deep and melodic community.

As a final nod to his defining year thus far, we’re thrilled to have the Ukranianian back on the label to close the circle on 2020. Landscape Cloud is a project we’ve been looking forward to for many months, harnessing the tones that we’ve come to love from Nōpi.

Estalamuloka pays homage to our beloved Mayaya, encompassing drum-laden grooves from the get-go. A warm bassline sets a stellar foundation, while chopped afro vocals and soaring strings bring immense character to the B-side. The perfect tune to keep your toes tapping into the new year.
