French producer Teho makes a swift return to Herzblut to follow up his excellent Hope EP from May this year. His latest work sees him team up with fellow Frenchman and huge talent Tran, who's own music has been described as oscillating between minimal and melodic. Making this partnership a perfect fit. 

Their KOTO EP sees Teho & Tran submerging us in trademark emotional and powerful soundtracks, enhanced further by their use of the wonderful sounds of the Orient. Lead cut Asakusa elegantly displays its power through its pulsing one note bass and opening broken beat pattern. Its liquid flow sees it gather intensity before the Eastern strings echo in its breakdown. On the flip we are treated to more of the same, this time lead by Kabuki's beautiful flutes, warped bassline and plucked string melody. Perfection.

Romulus has remixed Melodule & Van Did in the past, we are happy to welcome him back with this 4 new tracks. Damien Romei is a brilliant character and highly skilled producer from south of France, he becomes a well known name playing in festivals, around Europe, Japan, Sri Lanka and Switzerland performing alongside names such as Rone, Joris Delacroix and Microtrauma.

'This Little Dream', the main theme of this release, reflects the unique style of Romulus. He is a true story teller and his music sometimes remembers cinematic landscapes, a circus, a theatre or a fantastic novel!

Teho delivers a remix of 'This Little Dream', he has become a rising name this past year with his captivating live performances many remixes and two EPs signed under Herzblut Recordings!

To complete this release Van Did has done a twisted interpretation of Rouages!

Brazil-born and Brasilia based Hiago Pauli debuts to his new home.  DOC Records welcomes Hiago Pauli for a powerful EP entitled ‘Drone’.

His remarkable production skills and melodic tracks are his trademarks. 

This 2-track EP is a dark techno soundtrack affair with intense and introspective sounds.  Synthesizers in search of melodies stamped with melancholy - a serious work with a unique energy level. 

‘Ascensão’ (Portuguese for ‘Rise’) kicks in with seven minutes of marvellous synths and melodies that will carry you into space drama. 

‘Drone’ is aggressive.  Drums and synths taking off to the darker side of techno. Sudden drops with powerful kicks that create an authentic imprint, may it be for the underground clubs or electronic festivals.

Composer, scholar, and musician since 11 years old, Hiago played in different bands from indie rock to metal. He is also fond of names such as Hans Zimmer, John Paesano, Ludovico Einaudi and Tycho – just to name a few. Some years ago, after taking some production courses Hiago set aside all parallel projects and concentrated all his talent to the electronic universe.  
 
Building a solid career Hiago Pauli’s live performance, recent work and this new release are proofs of a firm and exciting career. 

Dramatic synths and melancholic sounds. This depth charged EP masterpiece surely will get inside your mind.
