Infinite Depth already came up to its tenth EP, which got provided by the Italian duo Fat Cosmoe (@fat-cosmoe). The ‘Dreameater’ EP is a collection of four tracks. Three originals and a remix by the also Italian Vomee (@Vomee).

The second track ‘Cyclope’ can be recognized by its hypnorobotic sound which fluently alternates with another addictive melody. It’s an outstanding, somewhere dirty track, perfect for an uplifting and hypnotic set.

Premiere: Fat Cosmoe - Cyclope (Original Mix)

'Dan Baseley aka Orsen returns to Replug Records for a much anticipated follow-up to his 'Driftwood' EP. Having gotten 2019 underway with a well received remix of Antrim's 'Trip To Red', the UK born, Austria based artist rounded out the summer season with a contribution to Hernan Cattaneo's Beatport #1 Balance compilation. Most recently and perhaps the year's highlight thus far was Dan's 'Ten' collaboration with Replug boss Cid Inc. Regarded as one of 2019's most sought after tracks, the joint production went on to top Beatport's Progressive House singles chart and remains a favourite of the genre's premiere tastemakers. Now returning to Replug for his first original project in over a year, Orsen presents his 'Falling In' artist showcase. 

Comprised of two tracks it's the peak time sensibility of the title cut which gets the EP underway. Sonically charged, it's rippling low end and buzzing rhythms converge in a ball of pulsating energy. The first act evolves with a veteran's savvy, building waves of momentum as piercing stabs and vivid tones add to its fiery drive. Putting emotion at a premium, the narrative shifts as cascading motifs take centre stage during the main break, sitting atop melodious bass swells, before a nostalgic roll sparks a commanding drop and euphoric finale. 

Rounding out the release and sitting as a lovely complement to its predecessor are the sleeker vibes of 'Modulator'. Known for sitting between creative spaces, Orsen's boundless ingenuity fuels this meditative gem. Warm and fluid from the outset, it's tranquil arps gently tease the senses, as a backdrop of hopeful atmospheres elevate mood across the first act. Cosmically intertwined, tonal clusters then advance the narrative, splitting moods between the surreal and emotive, making for a captivating interlude before perfectly segueing into a dreamy conclusion. 

With the 'Falling In' showcase Orsen has added another important chapter to his discography, one which continues to show imaginative ideas and thus artistic growth, setting up what should be a memorable 2020 for the Replug stalwart.'

Time is passing, another year for Wood, our beloved forest which is slowly becoming more and more beautiful and colorful with so many new genres. Ours is not only a search for something different to the others, but actually the search for something unique. We start this new year pleased to present to you the Italian born, Barcelona based, DJ and producer "Rodeman" who, after a great Ep for our limited series and after the excellent success of the single "Fifth Dimension", delivers to us a fantastic three-track EP called "Fireal". Rodeman presents his music working on a large variety of musical ideas that stay true to the London influences which flow into the deep and melodic techno scene. We immediately liked his way of building grooves that suddenly make you want to dance.
The first track is called "Fireal" which gives its name to the whole Ep. It is very introspective, dark and deep, but at the same time is surrounded by fresh rhythms and long atmospheric sounds. Immediately after we have "Lost in Orion" the second track, with a faster tempo created to enliven the musical history. Its celestial melody perfectly fills the sound spectrum while other sounds reminiscent of dub and house, gradually raise up making this a unique moment of hope and happiness. To close the Ep we have "Underground" a more aggressive track for the dance floor, a mix of various basslines combined with hypnotic sounds and transcendent melodies.
