The second Figuratives. EP has arrived. The talented duo Dast & Dylan brings you their 'Jejune EP'. The EP includes three tracks that are all unique, yet they fit together perfectly.

Sven and Sven (@dastdylan) are two very creative producers from the Netherlands. They bring together recognizable melodies with deep, warm basslines and intense beats. This EP starts of with 'Sonder', a beautiful track that immediately puts you in the right mood. 'Thrift' gives you the perfect amount of energy to lead you to the last track: 'Jejune'. This last track is the ultimate climax and ensures a satisfied feeling.

PREMIERE: Dast & Dylan - Jejune (Original Mix) [Figuratives]

After a 9 month hiatus, Diynamic Music returns with the 12th edition of its famed “Four To The Floor” EPs. The label’s very own various artist series, which is always comprised of four dancefloor-oriented tracks that have one special quality in common: they have all been heavily road tested and certified by label boss Solomun on his countless gigs all over the world. 

Opening the record is “Monster” by Matthew Dear, his personal ode to the kickdrum. His eldritch voice almost turns into a haunting spiritual ceremony by singing eerie chants and entrancing phrases.
Up next is “Reaktor” by ELAX, an artist you have never heard from before, because it is a new moniker of Alex Ridha aka Boys Noize. This hypnotizing anthem would be the best possible soundtrack for the worst possible nuclear meltdown.
The third track comes from Denis Horvat and is called “Madness Of Many”, a gloomy melodic Techno track for those late hours at the club. 
Closing off the 12th instalment of “Four To The Floor” are Animal Picnic & Novakk with “Khokana”. Their contribution to the record is a driving and dreamy Deep House tune, certain to provide for closed eyes and raised hands on dancefloors everywhere.

Fresh faces Christoph Deckert and Christian Schilgen aka Deorbiting concoct delightfully level-headed string-based music in the Paranorama EP which includes two originals, one collaboration and three remixes.

Paranorama is a lofty, majestic string-ridden composition, where sounds bounce like clouds off the fluid production. Synths adorn expansive pads in an overall immersive ambience that enchants and animates. 

Niko Schwind’s remix takes a more dubby approach, while subtly maintaining the initial unrepressed atmosphere. Next up, Kalipo manages to reimagine the track into a riff-heavy, synth-indulging experience. 

Cara No, a joint effort with Aaaron, unveils a more moody setting, following in the same pensive yet stimulating resonance. 

On the flipside, Zero Wing showcases a gloomy soundscape with glitched out pads and eerie details. Sunken piano keys add to the melancholy, elevating the multi-layered construction. Kuriose Naturale adds shrilling bits and spiralling loops of impending doom, offering a more dramatic and acid-tinged version of the original.
