Sestrica indulges in nostalgic oblivion on her new album titled "Memory Lane" launched by Fuselab, organizing a session of deep self-therapy. Her silent musical poetry takes on song forms - Eugenia's sensitive vocals can be heard in most of the tracks on the album, seamlessly weaving in between the familiar gradient pads and languid trance synthesizers.
Two years of covid turbulence, a series of wars, mass migration and countless political upheavals - the world has managed to change a lot in the last few years. Each of these phenomena has had many private consequences for each of us: broken ties and personal loss, desperate searches for new meanings and nervous breakdowns, forced isolation and the inability to return to certain places. Sestrica finds spiritual salvation in the warmest and most unchanging of all - her own memories.
The compositions on "Memory Lane" are a kind of audio memoir. Each of them, like a separate chapter, is dedicated to something very specific and personal - long periods of life and lightning changes, places of strength and close people, moments of catharsis and indescribable experiences at the intersection of the physical and psycho-emotional. These are the few memories that never fade and over time become life's foundation.

NATIVECAST // 020 – NIKONA

A tribute to Rutger Hauer and the movie Blade Runner, ending with a monologue often seen as one of the finest in cinema's history. It's Rutger himself, the actor, that modified the original scenario to produce that final death soliloquy (the exact final sentence was : all those moments will be lost "in time" like tears in rain, shortened here for musical purpose). Rutger died in july 2019, 3 mounths before the date on wich his character of the replicant died in the movie after saying this sentence, recorded 37 years before.

Em Sixer is a Yerevan-based DJ who thrives on chaos, intensity, and sonic destruction. Rooted in a lifelong obsession with metal, his sound tears through techstep, drum & bass, breakcore, and halftime—distorted, raw, and always veering off the rails. Embracing unpredictability, he rejects formulas in favor of total sonic upheaval.

This mix is a descent into sci-fi horror: inspired by Alien and The Thing, it begins in eerie stillness—like a parasite forming in the dark—then mutates into pounding techstep and twisted rhythms. Cold, crawling, and constantly evolving, it’s not here to comfort—it’s here to infect.
