The 'Need Somebody' EP comes with with three original tracks and a remix of the title cut and we've got the premiere of Borrowed Identity's rework. Trust us when we say this is a golden slice of bumping house. The German-Romanian​ producer is another artist who can change his style depending on vibe and mood and his remix is the stand-out on the record.

The piano chords are lifted from the original and introduced early on with fierce stabs, while smooth vocal cuts glide over the top. The kick drums are heavy and spread liberally throughout and the melodies, well they're just damn beautiful. We've had this one on repeat.

Premiere: Ben Sims Pres. Ron Bacardi 'Need Somebody' (Borrowed Identity Remix)

Aus Music follow up a string of records from fresh signees Paul Woolford, Tom Trago and Recloose with the return of a long term friend and label favourite Marquis Hawkes. Hot on the heels of his recent LP ‘Social Housing’ - the Berlin based artist lines up ‘Doornroosje’, a tight a two-tracker that remains consistent with his output on Aus: dancefloor-focused jams suffused with simplicity and soul.

‘Discopuss’ kicks things off with a potent combination of samples and hardware as sassy Funk samples are propelled by tough crunching drums. The title track then follows up with piano stabs and busy, percolating synth lines driven at a pacy rate to rapturous effect rounding off another solid addition to Aus Music’s catalogue.

A bonus release to his 12'' earlier this year on Clone Royal Oak with a rework of the Valentine's groove beats. KiNK himself add's his wellknown energy and turns it into a real crowd pleaser where Serge & Tyrell take care of the dub mix on the flip side stripping the track to its bare essentials.

We've got the premiere of new cut 'Made Up In My Mind'​ and it could be Floorplan's most spiritually connected track yet. Gospel piano chords burst into focus alongside fierce kicks and holy vocals.
