Breath of Awakening is a sound entrainment session infused with Delta at 3Hz, Theta at 6 Hz, and Alpha at 12 Hz.  A proprietary gamma entrainment is also present throughout.  Included is a breath pacer modeled after the coherent breathing protocol developed by Stephen Elliott (6 sec. inhale and 6 sec. exhale with no pauses through the nose and low into the abdomen).  This pacer incorporates an alternate ear pattern similar to pranayama alternate nostril breathing.  Tuning is at A=432. 
Listening tip:  Focus on the alternate ear breathing sound, and feel the slow steady pulse.  Make it through the first minute or so and you're set.  Enjoy!
