12 minute journey to a place of peace.  

In the first minute the pace of your breathing will have slowed to a 6-second inhale, and a 6-second exhale.  This is the “awakened mind” breath (Stephen Elloitt  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTQPbiGQxT8&t=1933s ).  That breathing pattern (nose only, low into the diaphram, no pauses) is paced through the next 5 minutes.  

For the remaining 7 minutes the breath pace is only subtly suggested by the surf sound.  It's best to let the breathing to take its own pace at this point.  A 48Hz Tampura drone entrains the gamma response.  A very quiet “pink noise”, with a 3Hz delta pulse, can be detected.  The final fade is long, leading to a moment of near perfect silence.  The session ends with a gentle gong.  Peace!
