Youre back with your friend for more hypnosis. Seeing how you enjoyed working out, he encourages you even more by giving you a trigger that rewards you with nice pleasent feelings whenever you get praised by him for your workout.

And he encourages you to set yourself a workout goal by choosing a picture of how you want to look.

02 Get Rewarded By Your Friend For Working Out

A 10-minute induction file of guided relaxation and listening to my voice. This includes a trance induction trigger, but otherwise has no other effects, only taking some time to relax together.

Induction with trigger

This file is built around gym motivation and muscle growth. It's meant to be used after my earlier induction file and relies slightly on the trigger that I create in that. The goal is to build your motivation and energy to hit the gym and push hard, as well as developing a healthy relationship with your body. No other specific trigger or effects, just some flexing.

Gym/Muscle potential

This file is focused on a mindless muscle flow (with a little bit of dumbing down). It's meant to be used after both the induction and the gym motivation file. The goal is to continue to build that connection to a flow state where it's easy to connect to your muscle and strength. It also encourages slightly slower conscious processing and the enjoyment of being a fun, carefree jock. It's not meant to be an intense effect, but please be cautious and understand your limits there. As always, a section of the file reminds you that you can skip any suggestions that don't fit for you while choosing to connect with the ones that do.

Mindless muscle flow

This track is focused on helping the listener feel confident, comfortable and prepared wearing their gym gear, and to feel energized and focused at the gym. The listener will feel more accepted and connected to others at the gym, and empowered to stay centered on their own workout rather than compare to others. They'll also feel connected through a unity of purpose to other jocks at the gym. 
This track uses a trigger set in the induction file, but should also be able to be used on its own. I'd suggest you make sure you have access to a gym or workout space soon after finishing listening to this file.

Gym acceptance

This track is focused on a powerful, rewarding feeling for getting through a workout at the gym. The listener will feel more fired up and excited when they’re enjoying a post-gym pump, and encouraged to find time to flex and show off for themselves in the mirror. They’ll also feel empowered to embrace self-care in stretching and getting the food and sleep they need to give their muscle the best chance to grow. This track uses a trigger set in the induction file, but should be able to be used on its own.

Post-gym buzz

So I like to record my inductions deepeners triggers and everything together as a single file. It is pre-recorded so I recommend listening a few times for a maximum result. It is effected digitally and all audio is run at a 4hz Theta band binural, so stereo headphones are strongly recommended.

The purpose of this file is to allow you or a single trusted person you specify to trigger to you to a) "flip the switch" which provides a wave a relaxation over the whole body and extra relaxation to one's hole for anal play and increase pleasure b) "push the button" which is a lust override to make the subject extremely aroused and sexual.
