A 10-minute induction file of guided relaxation and listening to my voice. This includes a trance induction trigger, but otherwise has no other effects, only taking some time to relax together.

Induction with trigger

This file is built around gym motivation and muscle growth. It's meant to be used after my earlier induction file and relies slightly on the trigger that I create in that. The goal is to build your motivation and energy to hit the gym and push hard, as well as developing a healthy relationship with your body. No other specific trigger or effects, just some flexing.

Gym/Muscle potential

This track is focused on helping the listener feel confident, comfortable and prepared wearing their gym gear, and to feel energized and focused at the gym. The listener will feel more accepted and connected to others at the gym, and empowered to stay centered on their own workout rather than compare to others. They'll also feel connected through a unity of purpose to other jocks at the gym. 
This track uses a trigger set in the induction file, but should also be able to be used on its own. I'd suggest you make sure you have access to a gym or workout space soon after finishing listening to this file.

Affirmations (Preview)

This track is focused on allowing suggestions to hit harder and be felt more heavily. This comes from an understanding of how your unconscious mind can still sort and make choices, which gives subjects more capability to lean in even harder for hypnotists and tracks they trust and connect with. They’ll be encouraged to turn up the intensity of suggestions that fit while sifting out the ones that don’t. This track uses a trigger set in the induction file but should be able to be used on its own.
