Self-imposed challenge: in a funk mood, small sounds, glitch elements, arrangement space, no real chordal sense (minimal chord movement, focus on listening to rhythmic devices not harmony changes).  Has to leave lots of space for the funk-oriented melody with wah/vocoder filters.

MachineDeath attempts to capture the grandeur of a synth orchestra by recreating and performing violin parts created using modular synthesis.
MachineDeath draws inspiration from downtempo trance and trap music, through the virtual environment of VCV rack I have been experimenting with very traditionalist sound design methods whilst also bringing modern influences of modern DAW sampling techniques.
