Dilemma Podcast 068 Marien Novi from Granada (Spain) Marien Novi, well known Dj in the national electronic scene, started her career in 2005 when she got the residencies of two of the most famous clubs in the south, Mae West in Granada and Mandala Beach in Mojacar. 

Ibiza was the next step with multiple performances at Amnesia and some more at Pacha. Since then Marien Novi has not stopped traveling, taking his particular sound to cities like Nuremberg, Graz, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Milan, Morocco or Qatar. Sharing the booth with artists of the stature of: UMEK, Pig & Dan, Oscar Mulero, Eric Sneo, Gonçalo, Fatima Hajji, Charlotte De White, etc ....

Marien Novi & Castellano debut in 2022 with a Remix for "De Feo y Mikel SMR", from their track "RICICLO CREATIVO", which went on sale on February 4 through the Italian label SMR UNDERGROUND in a compilation of remixes of several tracks whose name is "UNDERGROUND STORIES".
This Remix is ​​characterized by its power and forcefulness, combined with deep syntheses, giving rise to an enveloping and mysterious atmosphere, a mark to which this electronic duo has accustomed us

Uncertain drops heaving five-tracker ‘Escape’ on Rekids Special Projects this November.

Formerly known as Boriqua Tribez, Uncertain has been a driving force in electronic music for over two decades, releasing music under a host of aliases across a number of respected labels. With recent appearances on Kneaded Pains, Suara, and Tronic amongst others, Uncertain now sets his sights to Radio Slave’s Rekids Special Projects, delivering five bone-crushing techno tracks for the label.

Leading the release is the title track ‘Escape’, a high energy start to the EP. ‘Base’ follows with a dose of funk as warped samples and rumbling kicks twist into a rolling groove, before ‘Crush’ brings swinging drums and vocal snippets together for a rowdy cut. ‘Transmit’ marries synth stabs with heavy low-end and subtle hooks before ‘Organic’ closes the release with a direct combination of wonky pads, classic drum machines, and cleverly utilised FX.

It’s somehow taken 14 shows but we’ve finally got a mix out from each of our residents on the podcast. You may know him as half of Cave DJz with partner in crime Blark or more recently as Crock but our last resident to do the honours for us is Cricky Lyttle. Not one to just mix one track into the other, Cricky is known for having a bit of fun behind the decks to inject a some excitement into the mix - whether it’s a bit of beat juggling, mixing on 3 or 4 decks or even a bit of scratching (some even say he uses a Reebok Classic!) - and this set has all of the above (minus the footwear!)
