CLUB MANOUCHE .. ..The band was formed  in Janvier '2006 by  Parisian firebrand guitarist  Jean Pierre Druinaud who on his arrival from  Tahiti to Auckland teamed up with Jez  and Peter Scott to impart the Manouche message. Club meetings were started with an open invitation to all players  frequently taking place on the streets of Auckland.

The club went from strength to strength with much shouting …...
J.P. found the  Auckland weather too hot and so moved to the cooler climes of  Tahiti .Oh la vache!
What were we to do? …….And what a  to do! 
We searched hi and low for a replacement and found one from the far north of France……………..
Carolina Moon from Crenge, a little known corner of the “La Croy” valley between Penge and Croydon Caroline is our chanteuse delivering these songs with gallic assurance and guile. That's Carolina on J'Attendrais. The rest of the band?
