Hanna Ojanen @hannaojanen is one of our favourite deejays, period. When we threw a series of HRD Adjustment Parties for friends & fam last spring, she was the first DJ to be invited. Her all-night set set a high bar, but was sadly not captured in any form.

Recently she flew in from Brussels (where she resides) and stopped by to let us record this little live mix of blissful, life-affirming house & disco jams. She learned to deejay when living in Tokyo, and the diverse influences of a giant musical metropolis are again very much recognisable. Enjoy!!!

When you hear his name, you think about all the music hidden around the world.
DJ, producer and music collector, the Italian jazz, soul and cosmic funk purveyor Gigi Testa has been something of a phenomenon. He channels his vast musical taste and knowledge in his own music and sound that incorporates a myriad of elements, from house to disco and back again. Influenced by many cultures and musical styles, he focuses on the deep, noticeably influenced by living legends such as Joe Claussell, Ron Trent and Louie Vega.
He runs his World Peace Music label, where released deep house gems like "Rio Grande" and "Chango Chant", plus some other outstanding cuts including "Love Lights" and "Dream On", that have seen Gigi respectively collaborating with legendary vocalists Kenny Bobien and Joi Cardwell. 
Hidden behind the project Nibiru Humans inspired by Planet X, he experiences, instead, new futuristic sounds like "Space Entrance".
With Cut My Records, a limited 7-inch label, he continues his journey discovering and editing worldwide rhythms.
Last but not least, earlier this year, Gigi launched his new label, Freedom Dance, of which we had the pleasure of premiering "Is this the Future?".

As DJ, Gigi is resident at Basic Club, an audiophile venue in Napoli, but also performed around the world in some of the greatest avenues, performed for Boiler Room, appeared in Chicago on the bill for the Chicago House Music Festival afterparty, sharing a bill with Louie Vega, Joe Claussell and Ron Trent, and many many more.
