our colourful journey continues and here is once again a set from one of our crew members - namely from @floydtravis - one of our very active hearts, who was a little bit the one who (as he had always organised parties before) came up with the idea that we as a 'young and aspiring dance floor collective' could also organise some nice parties as 'Love Crew' and so one wheel followed the other... 💞

whether with our soli events called 'LOVE CREW LOVES YOU' or meanwhile also regularly with our friends from the 'Soko Kickloch' crew for the format 'SOKO LOVE SOLI RAVE' he deals with many things and above all passionately with the respective bookings and is networked in many directions, so that the project 'LOVE CAST' has also become one of his heart projects in the meantime . . . 🙃

through all the party organising, fLO kind of slipped into DJing in 2o17 when he, to everyone's surprise, just got behind the decks at his partly self-organised 'fLOASE meets Soko Kickloch Open Air' and played for two hours with the equipment and the music of @raoulfunkler the forward techno playlist that Raoul had played about a year before at one of the 'fLOASE' parties where Raoul and fLO met the first time... unfortunately the recording did not work back then... anyway..... 🤠

after this gig he relatively fast connected with the 'little Flo' (@meta_de) and 'Warm & wÜRZIG' was born (link of their very first set below) and again one wheel followed the other and so fLOYD plays regularly irregularly at his own partly organised parties, since 3 years also regularly at the sweet private festival 'Atomic Chestnut' in Brandenburg, at our open airs during the summer, in smaller bar or gallery ambiences and has also had the great honour to have played here at the legendary @suedpol-hamburg.

from slowdown over buncin' techno to breaky stuff, fLO loves to play different styles which are matching the situation and his feelings, so you can find sets from him with straight forward techno, some with dark and trippy 'schneckno' or even some tribal voodoo world sets - he is literally living his musical motto 'genre is a social construct'... 🦀

so as #23 has a deep meaning for him, it was a matter of emotion for him to create a spring-like journey through 'shakey & worldy sunshine sound' for this series - as always with a lot of LOVE and positive POWER!

PBP Collective siempre ha tenido la convicción de que todo artista que cuente con una propuesta autentica, siempre tendrá algo interesante que contar.

Es así como nace este espacio de difusión audiovisual en el que los artistas cuentan con la absoluta libertad de expresar ese pensar y sentir, a través de sus historias.

Con base en los sonidos envolventes y los poderosos mensajes que transmiten nuestros músicos y djs involucrados, el artista visual en cuestión se da a la tarea de escuchar con atención la historia, interpretar el mensaje y asi plasmarlo en una pieza de arte visual, la cual queda inmortalizado en la portada del podcast. Creando así un balance holístico entre los auditivo y lo visual"

This mix was recorded on 1st July which is exactly the same date I arrive in Canada 15 years ago, funny fact because the selection I made was without relation to the date I had recorded this set, the selection I build was inspired by my years trough music journey, that's why I decided to add 2 tracks from Mexican collective Nortec, who use "banda" music samples in his electronic music, so I decided to use 2 tracks mixed with some of my tracks collective, in this way I'm traveling from my 20's to my 40's in this music journey, playing tracks that inspired and that bring me souvenirs.

Salut tout le monde ! Aujourd'hui, je vous présente mon dernier set downtempo. C'est un style que je n'ai pas l'habitude de jouer, mais j'ai décidé de sortir de ma zone de confort et d'explorer de nouveaux horizons sonores.

Dans ce set, j'ai délibérément ralenti le tempo de mes morceaux, passant de 125-130 BPM à 105-110 BPM. C'était un exercice difficile pour moi, car cela impliquait de repenser ma façon de mixer et de m'adapter à un rythme plus lent. Mais je dois dire que j'adore le rendu final !

J'ai vraiment apprécié l'expérience de création de ce set et j'espère que vous l'apprécierez autant que moi.
