My wife was listening all day to me working on this song. When I added a banjo, her interest piqued, and she wrote lyrics for a country feel.

The Prescription Blues

This music relates the battle of the god Susanoo against the eight-headed dragon Yamata-No-Orochi. He must had the dragon drink a lot of sake to win the fight (I guess you can hear this near the end ^^).

A song about a girl who had an amazing voice who played live regular on the scene. 
Then she suddenly stopped singing and moved away with her partner without telling anyone.
Because that selfish man didn’t want her to do it no more.
Such a waste of amazing talent.

Robby the robot is back and playing with his probe! haha This track was inspired by past retro kewlness and future gadgets and is an orginal electronic spaced out techno sci-fi styled composition that was created using several gadgets including Little Bits electronics a kind of lego for making sounds! In this setup i used two pitch osscilators a filter and a delay module which was triggered by a Doepfer Darktime sequencer via cubase which was connected to an added midi in and CV in & out ports on the Little bits! Percussion was synced in with Teenage engineerings Tonic! I added some links for you techies and anyone else! Free Download! Peace :D

KidOfEarth & She's Excited! - Maybe With You

Working out with Robby the robot catching chemical snow on a distant planet and carrying on the theme of kewl gadgets n gizmos with inspiration from the very kool work of Isao Tomita and his early experiments with electronics and sound, this is an orginal electronic tranced dub sci-fi technotronicxz styled track created using a Moog Theremini and rather than play notes by hand via the antena i sent different midi CC controller messages from cubase to create constant drone sounds in the right key and changed the pitch, frequecies and volume this also allowed me to have some type of control over the tempo and syncnronization of the theremini as it hasnt got any! I then synced a Korg SQ-1 sequencer with cubase which was hooked up to little bits using two pitch oscillators a filter and a delay module with the midi out from the SQ-1 hooked up with a Roland tr606 drum machine via a Doepfer dyn sync to trigger it, i also used a cv trigger from little bits to Teenage engineersings Tonic and for the techy nuts amongst us or anyone else theres some links below to the gear used! This endless space adventure and journey we call life continues like an unstoppable game and now as the human species marches ever closer to the inevitable take over of the universe and free ourselves of this planet to make our own destiny s as pioneers among st the stars, stepping foot on countless worlds of wonder, let your imagination run wild in this new original electronic gadget driven foot stomping spaced out Sci-fi trancey tribal dubby tech gaming instrumental vibe this time generating all the sounds and sequences from a Doepfer Dark Time sequencer sending a cv output signal to a Korg ms10 via its trigger input and then twiddle the voltage controlled oscillators, modulation frequencies and cutoff etc great for the bass then using the voltage range and transpose on the doepfer change the feel on the ms10, while on cubase i also synced up the Dark Time to send midi triggers to a Roland Integral 7 a Roland Vpp550, Roland Tr8 and Korg little bits using the micro sequencer trigging two oscilater modules a filter and delay module, with the CV out from little bits triggering Teenage engineering s Tonic and Arcade added lots of effects! BIO:
After winning the mushroom awards for best and fastest fungus finger in 1972 followed by epic festivals at lake bala, castlemorton, m5, green man, seven sisters, ribbleshead to name but a few of those 90s festivals joined a few more mad bands along the way did a music production course at manchester midi school and have been producing and playing in bands ever since with my own studio setup.
