Italo-Iranian producer Sciahriar Tavakoli, commonly known as Sciahri, after releasing on renowned label as Ilian Tape, Mord, Opal Tapes/Black Opal and MANHIGH finally presents his first long playing record "Double-Edged", and he does it on his own imprint, Sublunar Records.
The LP is an extended, carefully compiled exploration of the many facets of his signature sound, where emotional melodies collide with dense and rasping basslines.
The artist aims to express emotions with unsettling simplicity, showcasing techno compositions that are both thoughtful and primal.
Within the space of ten tracks, Sciahri's sound design reveals his structure, pushing the listener through a labyrinth of textures and rhythms.

Michał Wolski joins Kynant with a diverse, four-track EP of hyper-detailed techno. ‘Back Entry’ and ‘Inferior Representation’ are peak time cuts with hypnotising touches. On ‘Bathyscaphe’ and ‘Wanderer’, Wolski explores more a melodic, atmospheric direction.

Of Faith and Glory leads the way, an epic track which carries the knights' fervor and devotion through strong rhythmics and mystical eerie pads.
American maestro Eric Cloutier provides a deep reverberating rework which brings us far underwater.

Of Flesh and Duty dives deeper into medieval madness with fierce rolling toms and hypnotic acid line. The track takes us along knights venturing deep into mysterious woods, accompanied by devastating celestial choirs into a glorious and deadly final.
Deep techno craftsman A Sacred Geometry shares his vision with a strong remix that goes into battle frenzy with a powerful and mesmerizing reinterpretation.
At last, Of Fire and Fate releases the rising tension and gives a relief after the storm with broken beats and shamanic vibes. This heroic conclusion underlines the impossibility of a far yet necessary goal leading only to death.

5 years have passed since the first release from the Shift Coordinate Points label back in 2014 and as part of the concept of the label, and for the second release, again by MadderModes due out at the end of November,
there's a near-total shift in dance floor aesthetics. SCP02 sees tempo, drive, darkness, noise, and intensity levels surge and spiral into abandon.
The numbers letters and symbols of SCP02 may stretch out far and wide from the shimmering down tempo house of SCP 001, but as in the work of MadderModes so far, its the referencing of art and popular culture in their use of sampling, frequencies and rhythms that echo throughout their musical expressions.
