We are happy to present you our second 10' Vinyl release on Illegal Alien Records and belongs to Spanish artist Hektor Legion. This is his third release on the label and now Hektor is back with this fantastic record titled 'Bruto Cursus' which contains four great cuts, three Original works and a remix from Pole Group's member and the other half of the prestigious duo Exium, the mighty Kessell.

Metempsychosis has its home in London, and has been releasing experimental and industrial influenced techno for the last few years that has welcomed artists like Headless Horseman, Oscar Mulero, Kwartz, Answer Code Request, Lag and Eomac to contribute to their catalogue.

The newest release has a total of seven individual tracks, and the opener from Italian VSK most certainly caught our attention. An artist known for his appearances on labels such as Perc Trax, Tommy Four Seven’s 47, Bas Mooy’s Mord or Developer’s Modularz to name only a few, delivers another thundering weapon.

For this DT:Premiere we selected his track called “Spectral Assignment” that begins with a dark and brooding mood. The uncompromising, rolling beat is lit up with haunting textures and electronic pulses creating clouds of epic sound design and deep immersion in the details.

[BIO]:
Fairground of Tears is an artistic concept run by Piotr Sledzinski. A concept that is categorised by the darker, industrial and more energetic tones of the techno genre. Piotr has experimented with electronic music of all colours partly through his former alias and alternative electronica project Ne Plus Ultra along with an involvement in the Passive Front Records imprint. This wide ranging experience and hunt for expression ultimately leads itself to the Fairground of Tears concept and EXILED event series. The latter playing host to Melania, Operant, Violet Poison, Inhalt Der Nacht, Domenico Crisci to name a few and establishing itself as a premier and forward thinking events series. In that very same vein his own sets and productions are not bound by any specific style. Consequently an eclectic mixture of dense industrial textures and techno atmospheres as well electronic body music can be expected in his mixes.
