One of Drumcode’s finest, Bart Skils returns for his first solo EP since 2018.

Bart Skils remains one of the label’s most consistent achievers going back to his debut in 2012. Eight original EPs, a stellar remix of Moby ‘Go’ and his now-classic collaboration with Adam Beyer ‘Your Mind’ have entrenched him as a DC treasure. All the while the Dutchman plays a nurturing role with the label’s nu-skool brigade, regularly playing B2B with Layton Giordani and teaming up with Weska for last summer’s ‘Polarize’ two-tracker.

His ninth Drumcode EP ‘Settle In The Sun’ delivers the first productions from his new studio after six months of preparation. The title track was inspired by an extended stay in LA over New Years, channelling the energy of Venice Beach’s vibrant skate culture to create an uplifting, big riff weapon. ‘Tropical Heat’ took influence from Bart’s experiences touring South America, as an evocative vocal sample and rave-kissed melody line run alongside a wicked rolling groove. ‘Shiva Says’ is a peak-time, brain-mangler in the best of ways, driven by a monster synth line that grows and contorts as the track progresses.

Pedro Morillas is the name behind the "Moril" project. At only 18 years old and passing through several clubs in São Paulo, Moril, who has been producing since the age of 12, takes the idea of immersion with striking melodies and well-built grooves.
He began his career in production in 2014, and in 2017 he completed the music production course at the DJ BAN Electronic Music Center, where he improved and expanded his knowledge. Since then, he has been studying every day, always striving to bring the best of melodies and bass lines to the listener.

Moril makes his debut on Vision 3 Records and he is going to spread some of his work with the new Ep 'Skydrive', including 'Skydrive' and 'Walking on the Clouds' two great tracks full of power and melodic vibes.

Australian artist Mani joins the newly formed Interfonic label with a dark and brooding EP entitled ‘Bane’. Divided by his home in Byron Bay, Brisbane and the recently booming Sydney Underground, Mani has asserted his unique flavour of Progressive music in the dance community. 
From his early beginnings almost 8 years ago he has strived to create atmospheric, forward thinking dance music that he was introduced to on the dance floor in his early days. 
Coming a long way since his early endeavors Mani has gained support from the likes of Eric Prydz (featuring in his 2013 Essential mix), Cassian, Brodanse & Groove Armada, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Djuma Soundsystem, Fehrplay and continues to strive forward and turn heads with his ‘Bane’ EP for the Interfonic imprint following releases from Luke Alessi and Made In Paris & Pantheon. 
‘Bane’ is the first cut and immediately combines subtle percs with eerie synth work and a patience draped in wicked sentiment. ‘Pyre’ then picks up where ‘Bane’ left off creating a DJ tool which is stapled by a nefarious bassline and an obscenely contagious arp swirling throughout creating carefully curated chaos. 
‘Sable’ then rounds off the magnificent EP with the creation of real moments tied into timbres of exquisite tension. 

Mani ‘Bane’ is out on Interfonic on 23rd July 2020.

Blaktone delivers his latest captivating EP "Afrika." The two-track Afro-Melodic House & Techno EP will mesmerize listeners with its melodies, basslines, and groovy percussion. The first track, named after the EP, "Afrika" is a dance-floor certified tool that is guided by an energy-infused arp. At the press of play, the listener is introduced tot he main beat with the powerful bassline. Slowly, the arp lead is introduced which resonates throughout the entirety of the track. The main breakdown offers atmospheric vocal chants with an uplifting progression as the arp lead echoes in the background. The second drop of "Afrika" offers a two-fold amount of energy from that of the first section of the track. The second track, "Who Are You Mr. Benson" delivers a more laidback, summer-like production. Taking on a more tech-house side, the track offers a dark bassline and one-shots while a quirky arp drives the production.
