From their inception last year, the Scottish duo Tiree Automatic is already releasing its third EP, « Dawn Wall », signed on Curiosity Music.
Coalescing around a love of dancefloor euphoria, musical storytelling, and warm frequencies, Tiree Automatic is a bipolar blend of melodious structures and dissonant textures. Influenced by a myriad of musical styles and genres, these two artists express themselves through a medium of deep, soulful Techno and House, for our listening pleasure!
What you will discover in this new EP are three original tracks that will knock you off your feet!
Powerful and evocative, « Dawn Wall » might be minimal but remains very effective. The retro sounds are always colorful and bright and echo the heady beat as well as the poetic drops, resulting in a very dreamy composition — a genuine inner journey. The second track, « Lazuli »,
plays with our expectations and frustrations. Lazuli uses the beauty of the piano to make us look to the sky to discover the infinite possibilities above of us, beyond any boundary. In « Sunset Arc », the joyful melodious synth takes us from the very first moments to a comforting place, revealing
the best of ourselves. The only thing you need to do is to let yourself carried by the drop and enjoy what that track makes you feel.
To complete this contemplative EP, the Berliner rising talent Holly North produced a very playful and housy remix of the title « Sunset Arc », as well as its radio edit.
