I crafted this to feel raw and human, letting the music trace the edges of my headspace—introspective, sometimes heavy, but always moving toward something alive. Rūgštus Slėnis is a dive into the wild, layered world of sound—think tribal rhythms stitched together with an acid edge, pulsing like a living thing. My mixes shift between light and shadow, dreamy drifts and trippy highs, always eclectic, always moving. From his early days, he has been chasing a sound that’s carved deep into his psyche, blending the raw energy of nature with the flow of my inner alchemy. A story told through sound — raw, real, and an open invitation to feel the rhythm.

Highlighting a track from the new BiGOTT EP by BL family SNEAKER & SCANNOIR. We recently played "7 Minuten" on BL Radio Episode 131 by Kosmik, and it's a certified banger/mind melter! After their previous releases as 1⁄2GOTT and GOTT on Uncanny Valley and some remixes, the duo returns with a third solo EP, marking their first appearance on the Berlin-Basel-based label Reach Another System. Their passion for EBM, Synth Pop, and New Beat comes to life with a fine array of classic drum machines and FM-synths, topped with Teutonic lyrics and archival samples.

BL Premiere: BiGOTT - "7 Minuten" [Reach Another System]

Na Nich returns to his roots after a series of successful releases on respected labels such as Delsin, Semantica, On Board, and Fur:ther Sessions. The Ukrainian producer’s latest EP pays tribute to his foundation in broken beats and bass music — the core of his craft before adopting the Na Nich moniker.
Co-founder of Rhythm Büro and formerly known as Sunchase, Oleksandr Pavlenko shifted from his decades-long bass music career towards house and techno about ten years ago. Yet those early influences never truly disappeared. On Your Curves, Oleksandr skillfully blends his bass-heavy legacy with the sonic palettes characteristic of his later work, merging two worlds into a cohesive sound.
The A-side opens with ‘Unfulfilled Expectations’, a deep roller rich with bass textures and mellow synths. It’s followed by ‘Everything’, a slow burner infused with ’90s vibes, featuring old-school vocal samples and a drum pattern reminiscent of UK garage. On the flip side, ‘Rain Inside’ delivers the EP’s grooviest moment, with broken beats crafted for the dancefloor and an intimate, close-your-eyes 4 a.m. mood. The title track, ‘Your Curves’, closes the EP with a deep and melancholic atmosphere.
This release stands out amid contemporary offerings, reminding listeners that essence always triumphs over form.

Na Nich - Your Curves EP [ Rhythm Büro 011 ]

Secret Soul Society, aka South Wales's Cal Gibson, continues his red-hot streak of form with four original jams for Hell Yeah that effortlessly weave decades of influences into intimate, unusual sounds that go from Balearic daydreams to after-hours soul burners.

Gibson was one-half of Nottingham's deep house and downtempo outfit Neon Heights back in the 2000s, a collective that label head Marco has long admired. He has landed here before with the superb Keep The Mystique in 2023, a 15-track collection of brand new curveball cuts built from lovingly sourced samples. Since then, he has continued to collide jazz, funk, Afro, beats, dub, soul and reggae on Paper Wave and Magic Wand.

'Happy To Be' opens with gentle, sun-soaked grooves, swirling keys and dreamy pads that evoke a hazy Mediterranean sunset. Nostalgic soul samples tug at the heart while the track’s laid-back vibe is perfect for golden-hour moments. 'Orange Surprise' is a magical slice of downtempo bliss with hints of romantic vocals. It's built on soft broken rhythms and drifts between ambient soul and laid-back electronica, perfect for introspective moments or late-night winding down.

'Keep On Trying' flips the script with more texture. The synths are crystalline, the pads are sugary, and the meandering bassline unfolds in wonky fashion while soft male vocals bring a steamy edge. Last but not least, 'What You Do To Me' is funky and slow motion disco with 80s synths and reverb that drowns you in good vibes.

This EP is Secret Soul Society at his most expressive and emotive.

In 2017, Carl spent a good part of the year doing research and recovering many of his tracks produced in the 90s. The idea behind the process was to rescue his music from possible oblivion, stuck as they were in a dying computer language, buried on CDs and DVDs. During that time he reworked his favorite tracks and the result is what you can hear in four of the six vinyl records included in this project called 'MIDI Archeology'.
