    Enrique Gonzalez Müller has been a record producer, recording engineer, mixer and arranger for the length of his adult life. His career started as a staff engineer at The Plant Recording studios in Sausalito, California collaborating with artists like Nine Inch Nails, Dave Matthews Band, Kronos Quartet, Joe Satriani, Joan Baez, members of Metallica and Tina Turner to name a few. Simultaneously, Enrique produced projects in his home country Venezuela, winning a Latin Grammy in 2009 for producing Los Amigos Invisibles, earning another Grammy nomination for best rock record with Viniloversus in 2010 as well as producing many other chart-topping artists. In Europe, Enrique composes music for the Swiss contemporary dance company, Prototype Status as well as produced and engineered many albums for Italian major label and independent artists like Elisa Toffoli, L’Aura, Mistonocivo and Zucchero.  

    Parallel to his production and engineering work, Enrique has also participated in a wide variety of academic endeavors from creating, booking and touring production, engineering and songwriting workshops all over Italy, being a main guest speaker at Grammy U events, developing the curriculum for the music appreciation class at San Quentin Prison in California to being appointed member of the Grammy Education Committee of San Francisco. Currently, Enrique is a full time Distinguished Faculty Award recipient at Berklee College of Music where he professes the dark and elusive art of Music Production & Engineering.

 As an introduction to my repertoire, I am a child of the 60’s, the Woodstock era.  The music of those days seems so authentic to me.  There was no ‘pop’ music, just from the soul music of all genres.  I am working to recreate some of those iconic songs in an acoustic and more personal format with a talented guitar player, Charles Pariente.  I hope to make them accessible to a new generation of listeners.  Enjoy!
